    I showed up for my appointment to get my cat spayed at 8am. The appointment text from the vet said I should show up sometime from 7:15-8am. They said the called and left a Voicemail telling me to arrive at 7:30 the night before. I had no missed call or voicemail from them but they didnt care. They said they were too busy that day to fulfill my appointment because I was late (even though I arrived within the allotted time). They said they would try to get me in but no promises. It sounds like they made too many appointments and the consumer is being hurt by their choices to do so and their unprofessional customer service. If I made an appointment months ago and show up on time I should receive the services I booked. The cat is very hard to catch so I caught her the night before and she was in her crate all night. I dont want the cat to have to go through all that stress to not get spayed. She also already escaped and had kittens. We really cannot afford to have that happen again and are trying to be responsible. I want this business to keep the cat until the job is finished at no additional charge. Id also like an apology for the way they responded to their errors and how that affected their consumers. I have an appointment to get my dog fixed with them in a few weeks and dont know if I want to keep it as Im not sure how smoothly that appointment will go now.

    I went to this business to have my cat fix and have his rabies shots, they did not close the cat crate properly as the bottom of the crate wasn't correctly locked and my cat **** has escaped. I looked for him for 15 mins and i no longer have my cat. They charged me my capitol one credit card of $145.00. I would like to be reimbursed. [ Taken indication by BBB *********

    To Whom it May ************** Wednesday, July 24, 2024, our client brought her cat **** to the clinic to be neutered and a rabies vaccine.When she came in her cat carrier was broken, the cats head was sticking out of the broken area, and we had to put the head back in the carrier. We kept the cat and carrier so we could continue with the neuter and rabies vaccine. When our client came to pick up that afternoon, she paid her balance with her credit card, and I brought the cat up to her. As I handed the carrier with the cat inside to her driver, I reminded her that the carrier was broken and that we tried to zip tie the large crack at the top, but that the carrier was still broken and to be careful taking it to her car. They left the lobby and then came back about 10 minutes later saying her cat got out and ran off. I told her we could set a trap and try to catch the cat. We were able to catch the cat the morning of July 26th, at that time we called her, and she came down and took her cat home.
