    Transaction took place on 12/09/2022 Gave $600.00 down payment with a balance of $247.27 on window shades delivery. Promised to be delivered within 3 months. Have bought other window shades for home from company with no issues. Now the business has closed. We keeped trying to call but no answer. Been told business has been solder. Name of business owner *********************** according to business card. Would like to get window shades if not at least get refunded. These are custom made shades.

    I ordered shutters and paid in full. When I email and called for in update on when/have they arrived no one is calling or emailing me back. The lady that I worked directly with has an automatic email reply stating she has resigned from the company

    On April 7, 2023 I paid a $3,000.00 deposit to Blinds, Etc. for the installation of Hunter Douglas shutters. Since that time, I have repeatedly called, emailed, and dropped off notes asking Blinds, Etc. to contact me with no response. The store has, evidently, closed and the doors locked. I either want the shutters installed or my deposit returned.

    3-21-23 Ordered shutters for our home. Paid a deposit of $500 by check. Was told they would be in, in 10 weeks or so. Spoke with someone early June and were told they would be in by end of week. Since then we haven’t heard a thing, no one answers phone, not returning messages or email. Showroom is closed. We would like our $500 back for the deposit on the shutters that we have not received.

    I put a deposit of $750 on blinds for my front room on Dec. 28, 2022. I was told 8-12 weeks, then manufacturing delays. I started calling in May and having to leave messages. I have left 4-5 messages with no response. The Mooney location is closed to the public. The only way to contact them is via a phone call where you have to leave a message. What can I do to get a refund?

    On 3/31/2023 I bought to Blinds etc 29 Hunter Douglas Designer Roller Shades with large square cassette color Frostlines IB and at Visalia Store. I paid 70% of total $6000.00 invoice ****** and auth id: ****** and ******. The blinds were supposed to be installed 10 or 12 weeks ago; it is between 06/10/23 to 06/23/2023. Unfortunately, I tried to communicate with them by phone almost every day of the last week, emails three times, and also I called and wrote to the salesperson, ******, but she said she didn’t work anymore there. On 6/24/2023 I went to the store. It was closed, and there I a notice that express "customers have to call ###-###-#### for assistance ", but it is the number that I called and nobody never answers. Finally I send a mail certificated and email of same complaint letter 06/26/2023 because the service is delayed and nobody contacted me or any of my communications asking for an explanation or resolving the problem. I really believe the store were closed or it will close soon. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate a refund of the $6000.00 I paid. I attached copies of my records receipts, canceled checks, contracts, model and serial numbers, and emails concerning this purchase or finish the job in the next week. I express them in these letter I look forward to their reply and a resolution to my problem ibefore seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance.
