            On 5/24 our garage door was broken wouldnt open the spring was busted. We called OMG they came out within two hours. We found they had 7 (5 star) reviews and located them off ****** search at ************. Two very young guys came out & one claimed he was in training. They told us the snapped spring was $400 to change but since it was a 2 car garage we should change both just to be safe for $500 but only if we did it right then. We had told them we were getting another opinion. So we agreed to the $500 but when we went to pay they then said it had to be cash or they would charge an extra 10%. They didnt disclose this prior to service and it wasnt on the invoice. We paid $500 cash but within an hour after they left we went to leave the house and then the garage door wouldnt shut (it did open) and the coil was now laying in front of the garage door hanging down. We immediately called they and were told they would call us back. We called all day no reply no response. They were closed Saturday then on Sunday someone answered they kept saying a manager would call back. We also couldnt reach the technician *** and he left his private number of ************ on the back of the invoice. He said if we had any problems to call him directly & wrote it down. Neither him or anyone in the office at OMG would call us back. The invoice they provided had a different office number of ************ and it didnt have anything stating their company name. We tried all three contact numbers over and over. Plus the address they have listed on ****** isnt their address. We are hiring someone else to come out and my husband had to fix the coil that wasnt reinstalled correctly.
