    I purchased a 2010 used car paid it off early and never received title for car And on my other car I had heart surgery and was down some payments and they would not let me catch payments up they just cashed the cashier checks and put money in my savings account. Then they started taking my vacation money out my savings account and applying it how they see fit through hardship and all Covid ****************************************** names and a bad customer when I have paid off all other loans early with them until I got sick is when they started attacking and harassment and discrimination against me the collection department has been very aggressive and rude and I even heard they got rid of a employee collecting manager due to my account and what he did to me they would not let me make any payments and now they have been taking money out my account and never giving me a update on balance due for 5 years so there holding the title on my paid off car and the car thats not paid off though all of this Im requesting that they release both titles to me for violating me and credit acts set in place for consumers

    I am rejecting this response because:
    It did not show my original contract and signature and there practices were very rude and aggressive calling me a bad person and a bad customer when I have paid off 2 car loans and signature loan and credit card and the other loan never left oe federal they Would just lie when there employees knew me well and would try to help me in branch they even said that collection department was treating me bad and they got rid of the collection manager that had harassed me so much and directed the branch to treat me bad look at there employees list before I had heart problems and fell short of my payments and car went to shop I did everything even send them cashier checks from ***** Fargo with loan number and vin number to car they cashed them every month and put the money in my savings account not applying it to loan when I sent this information to credit bureaus they all said they cant do that and for 4 years or more they have never updated amount owed or show account in my online banking account or have they mailed me anything regarding the loan they are applying my money to at first they would not except money on loan then they started taking all of my vacation deposit from my union  show me where it says you can take my money and not report a balance to me and treat me bad calling me out my name my name is *** not bad customer not guy who doesnt pay his bills not thief and all other stuff your company has referred to me as and they did seek legal matter and have a attorney contact me and he said show me proof that there wrong I sent him cashed cashiers checks and he said they said you wont pay I see you are paying and there taking money they misinformed me Im sorry to have bothered you I wont represent them on this matter and I never heard from him again  the crazy thing is everything is documented and they will still violate and fair credit acts and harassment and act like its nothing I had a company on the phone with and she said they put her on hold and kept hanging up on her for 3 days thats why she had me call being African ******** this company will treat you really bad as you can see this is to much for anybody any race to go through
