    Hello -

Mr. ******* traded in his vehicle but prior to trading it in he didn't make a payment on it and we informed him it could take a few weeks for us to pay off his loan.  He made another payment and paid $380.00 more before his loan was paid off.  In the interest of providing good customer service we are going to reimburse him $380.00.  We have already informed him of this and will be mailing him a check.

    Thank you.

I leased a new **** from honda Livermore in October 2023 and also traded in my Honda leased vehicle the same day (it lease ends in November 2023). There was additional residual value to the car and was credited extra towards the lease of the new car. Both cars are leased through Honda ********* Services (HFS). Signed all paper work and left with the new car. Towards the end of November and through day (12/08/2023) I am being called from Honda ********* Services that I am past due on the traded-in car, and spoke multiple times with HFS about this, they say it in the dealer how has to pay and I am still responsible as they have received no money. I called Honda Livermore 12/4/2023 and they said they would send the money to HFS. I tried calling again with HFS on the phone and only got voice mail. When I was at the Honda Livermore earlier in November, I was also told the traded in car had already been sold. I am now receiving automated calls at my work that my account on the traded in car is past due.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and also the response from ********** ********* Vehicle Broad, and find that payment on December 8th, 2023 has resolved the issue, albeit taking 40 days to send the lease payoff after receiving the trade-in, receiving numerous past phone calls and not resolving this I a timely manner is terrible service.

    Sincerely,

I bought a 2015 Honda Accord sport that was a certified pre owned car. I have owned the car for less than a year. I have done only oil changes and transmission fluid change. The ** condenser was "installed incorrectly" I was told. It caused the condenser to puncture a hole in my radiator. My 3rd party warranty is telling me they won't cover it. Honda is trying to charge me over **** dollars. I am not paying this for a car I was told was good to go no problems

I purchased a car from this dealer in 2020. Nine months after purchase the entertainment system began crackling loudly. Over the course of next year and a half the crackling has gotten worse, even when the entertainment system is off. After multiple repair attempts the issue is still not resolved. Weve been waiting for a part to fix the issue for two months and expect the wait to be another two months. At this ping its not clear the sort will actually fix the issue. The issue seems un fixable and the service department seemed unmoved until I complained enough to get in contact with a service manager.

Purchased certified 2017 Honda Pilot from Honda Livermore, I was informed car was certified but found out it had been certified ***** miles before. Took care couple days later to have it detailed because they didn't it wasn't clean when I picked purchased it and also the 2nd day I had car oil change light had come on. So I took in car they washed it and oil change was done. They gave me my work order paper work of what had been done, when I got home I review paper work and found out right rear sway bar endlink was loose on vehicle and making noise and threads were compromised and sway bar endlink could be resecured and needed replacement, this is not something that happens in 1 week, I took car in to ********* and had it replaced and paid $119.69. I contacted **** at Honda Livermore and he said they would take care of it and would refund me money. I called **** on 7/10/22 and informed him if they could just mail us the check, he said he would call me back on 7/11/2022 and I have yet to receive a call, it's an hour drive to dealer ship and I'm very upset and don't want to go back and have to wait. I feel like they sold me a bad car and don't feel like car was really certified as they have not provided me with the forms of a certified car. I want my refund I have also emailed Manager and have not received a response back, can you please help,
