            I traded in my 2018 GMC Terrain to Livermore Subaru on 12/17/2022 when I purchased a vehicle from them. I have received 3 notices for payment on bridge tolls and fastrak violations from January and February on the license plate from my trade in (GMC). *** emailed ******************************* (finance manager) and have requested a manager contact me about this situation with no further contact from the dealership. *** tried to deal directly with fastrak but my trade in paperwork is missing the license plate number. It is ridiculous that my trade in has not been properly handled with the *** and Im getting notices to pay on a vehicle I have not had possession of for more than 2 months.

            I traded in my car may 2021 to this dealership. The dealership never filed the correct paperwork to take the car out of my name. They sold the car to someone else and never registered it. The car is still registered to me. I called to have them fix this problem and they told me I need to contact the *** they did their part. In reality they did not. I called the *** they received nothing from the dealership and cannot unregister the car out of my name till they do. Now I am receiving parking tickets from whoever they sold my trade in car to. Tried to contact them again with absolutely no resolution. If I trade my car in and purchase a new car they are suppose to take care of the paperwork to the ***. And thats what they did not do or are trying to help fix their wrong.
