    We called shortly after our purchase from the ** state fair about exchanging our mattress and a representative explained that our mattress hasnt broken in yet to give it a couple months and we had an entire year to exchange. After a couple months we were certain that we wanted to exchange and after calling SEVERAL times and leaving SEVERAL messages we have not gotten a return call. We were old to call ************ for **** who handles this since the business closed in ********** (we had no idea about that) and were also told that **** was a horrible communicator. This is completely unacceptable and we demand an immediate exchange or complete refund.

    My husband and I went in to exchange a temperpitic bed that we bought in ****** because the bed was not for us and we qualified for the exchange so went to **** since its closer to where we live. Ordered a Purple bed on 1/14/23 told delivery would be 2/4 and we never got a call. We called to be told that it is out of stock, ok when will it be delivered? no answer. Called again today 2/9/23 to be told they don't know what's going on and ****** was not wanting to give me an answer's and I am upset that we cannot get an answer on what's going on with our $4000 bed! I have to call to ask questions. They do not call or update anything. I can't believe the poor service at this location. I just want to know where is my bed.

    I went to Sleep First in Lodi to purchase a mattress for my brand new bedroom set that was being delivered in two days. The salesmen "Mo" talked us into buying the adjustable bed frame to go with the mattress since I suffer from chronic whiplash & spinal stenosis. I wasn't sure about the adjustable part so I left the store & told him I would text him the bedroom set ****************** once it got delivered to make sure it would fit .I did text & call ******** said it would with no problem. I asked him if once it gets delivered if it doesn't can I return it he said yes. Well they delivered ******* doesn't! Not only does it not fit the movers scratched my new bed frame & the bed sits way to high. I called & texted but now Mo is saying I'm stuck with it! False information on everything. I'm appalled at the customer service. This company is very misleading & not accommodating to their customers. Please help me get a FULL refund. I sent all the proof that this isn't the right ************ don't seem to care one bit! I asked to speak to the ********** would not give me his number or name just said they will call me back & he hung up on me more than once. I've attached pictures as to how the bed set up should look as I have since researched it & call several others mattress stores inquiring. Thank you for your time in this matter. PS- 3 of the pictures are what the bed should look like if it was the correct frame. I googled the 3 as you can see.

    hello, The guest was not happy with how there purchase fit there bed and we waved the 20-% return fee and allowed them to return the base and we feel they are satisfied with the situation.
