***************************** is an incompetent licensed general Contractor who does not do work to code. He and his crew of 1 do extremely poor-quality work. After working on a project for roughly 4 months he no showed and began ignoring phone calls and texts. After several weeks he notified me that he started a different job and wouldn't be coming back, and he raised his rate from $50 to $85 an hour. I reminded him that there were 2 leaking exterior doors, one exterior door that does not close, electrical circuits that trip the breaker when turned-on, three-way switches that were improperly wired, and a section of deck that I nearly fell through, improperly installed galvanized roofing, two toilets that were installed to close to the wall that were not to code, replacement glass for a $1200 window that he broke needed to be replaced... He never made any attempt to fix his extremely poor craftsman ship. Luckily, I owed him three days wages that I used to help pay someone else to repair his mistakes. There is more work that need to be done that I will have to pay for and attempt to reclaim through small claims court.If you come across KTS Construction, RUN!

this customer didn't want to sign a contract and tried to get me to use rotted lumber and cut corners and rushed the sheetrock guys in before we had everything double checked all work was signed off by local inspector and then he had people come in and do work to electrical that was not a electrocution and said we did it wrong he also said he wasn't worried about warranty and was mad cause I had other signed contracts with time limits on them and I told him I would get back to job when I was do e with those contracts and then he started bad mouthing my work and said he didn't want me to come back but bottom line it was not a contracted job.
