    On 8-24-22, I went to Cal-Deals to see what is going on with my mattress. This has been going on for awhile now. I explained to the lady that was there, that I had purchased a mattress back in 3-18-18 with the previous manager, who is no longer working there. At least that was what I was told by this young lady. She stated that the manager would be in on Monday 8-29-22. I explained there was a dent on the left side to the manager when I returned on 8-29-22. She said she would have to talk to her boss and that I have to use my warranty. I said okay, but she wanted pictures of the dipping and the law too they were suppose to come at 10:00 am Wednesday 31, 2022, but didn’t show or call. When I called to see why they were not here, she stated at the last minute her employee called in sick. So she didn’t have a driver. I stated no one could call me. I had my boss I would be late, when I could have been on time. So, we set up another time & day. So the next day 9-3-2022 on Saturday. I asked her how long it would be because now it’s a different day. She stated it will still be 1 week our repairs still go out on Wednesday and return on Wednesday. They picked up mattress at 11:00 am on 9-3-2022 and left me a loaner mattress so on 9-13-2022 they came at 2:30 pm with the mattress. I didn’t realize it was not my mattress until I sat on the foot of the mattress putting on my shoes and I sanked down to the floor. When it should not have happened. It should have been firm. So, after the back & fourth of what to do and then stating I only paid $280.36. So, I was told I could get another mattress, but I would have to pay the difference. So, we went upstairs and I happen to notice my mattress while looking at another Jublie. I pulled the mattress away from the other mattress it was leaning on and noticed it had Brenda’s mattress. Now I’m wondering, did it even get sent out? I asked her why didn’t I get my mattress back. She couldn’t explain. So, she asked if I wanted mine back. I thought that was the whole plan. When you pick it up for repairs. At this time I’m confused. So, they returned my mattress on 10-15-2022. So on the 11-17-2022 I went back and explained I’m still having the same problem. Again, she had to speak with her boss. So on Friday morning about 10:10 1-20-2023 I went to Cal – Deals to see what is going on and guess it was her boss that had came in behind me and she stated to him this is the lady with the mattress problem. He was giving his version about how he felt the issues with the mattress and that I could pay the difference for another when it should have been fixed the first time and I literally have the same problem. He said why should I give you a free mattress? I said I don’t want a free mattress,
