My daughter and her roommate (college students) moved out of their apartment on 7/6/2024. We scheduled a walk-through but the leasing manager, ***** ******, was a no show. We rescheduled; she couldn't make it again but sent someone from corporate who said he would send us the report. It never came, nor did our deposit. We contacted the office at the end of the month to inquire and spoke to the *****. We asked for the report that was promised; we asked if there were any charges; and we asked about our security deposit. She sent an email on 7/31/2024 stating "...we only deducted $32.49 for touch up paint and $150 cleaning charges..."We responded to her email on 8/1/2024:"Hi ***** - Thank you for following up. Please send documentation and/or photos of what was dirty/needed to be cleaned as we cleaned the entire apartment prior to moving out. Because this unit was filthy upon move-in, we took photos of everything in July, 2023 and showed the manager at the time; she did nothing so we had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the entire apartment ourselves. Because of this, we made sure we cleaned the apartment before moving out AND took photos of everything as documentation."We received no response so called her office on 8/7/2024. We left a message, but received no return call. On 8/14/2024 we called and spoke to **** in the main office. We explained the situation to him. He said he would call the leasing office to find out what was going on and get back to us. We never heard back from him. So we called his office twice this morning, on 8/21/2024 and was unable to reach anyone at all; just a recorded message. The management at The Landing has been consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. Now, after moving out, we have tried in vain to receive our security deposit but management continues to be uncooperative. We have photos of the entire apartment at move-out (as well as photos of issues at move-in) and we would like the $150 cleaning charge removed.

The lease is in our daughter's name (**** **********, who was 18 at time of signing) but her father, ****** *** **********, is the cosigner on the lease.
