    On March 8, 2024, I placed an order with Kanopy Kingdom in ******, **********, for a SnugTop Super Sport Custom canopy for the amount of $5,758.23. The canopy was not delivered until June 21, 2024, and upon washing the truck three days later, it was discovered that the canopy was leaking profusely through the driver's side window and the two rear side windows.The canopy was promptly returned to the dealer on June 27, 2024, less than a week after it was picked up. It appears that neither SnugTop nor the dealer conducted adequate water leak testing prior to delivery.I contacted SnugTop on two occasions in July 2024 to inquire about the status of the canopy, but they declined to provide an update, stating that they would contact the selling dealer.The customer service representatives I spoke with were **** and dismissive, and a review of online complaints indicates that this is a common experience. I have also sent two email inquiries about my canopy, but have not received a response. It has been six weeks without any updates.After five weeks of waiting without any updates from the dealer, I contacted them again to ascertain the situation. I was informed that the canopy had been returned to the factory and that a request for expedited processing had been made.The lack of customer service and the apparent construction issues with SnugTop products are deeply concerning. Numerous online complaints suggest that the company demonstrates a lack of regard for its products and customer satisfaction.I would never buy or recommend anyone buy a SnugTop shell.

    I waited 10 weeks,from order date, to receive a canopy top for my 2024 **** Maverick. It arrived and was installed in *********, ** at ************. The canopy is not color matched to my truck (darker) and has exterior scratches, leaking interior windows, and the interior fiberglass was not coated properly, causing fiberglass strands to continuously fall into the bed of the truck during travel. I cannot store items in the bed of the truck because the windows leak at the bottom of the frames causing water to pool in the bed of the truck. I have submitted an online form at the companys website and have yet to hear from the company regarding these issues. I also contacted ****, the parent company, regarding no response to my online issues submitted and have not heard from them as well.

    An order was placed by ******************* store April 14th 2022 for a ********************* canopy truck top. I was told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Since then I have been told now three additional times "the top would be delivered in 3 weeks". I am now being told the week of September 5th before I receive my order. I am being told that all "repairs" have been made and it should come out of production the end of this week. I want my order to be expedited in shipping at their expense. after all the months of being given the same excuse over and over again. I have paid over $3000. for a new product, not yet received, not a used top, remanufactured, or repaired.
