            I made a order of pins for HKD2,641 on 9/1/2023 and I have receive nothing, not even a message of fulfillment details nor delivery status. I seek help on their online chat box several times but never get answer. They did make a **** tracking number but that is not a efficacious track. I've sent email asking for details on 6/2, 27/2, 17/3, 31/3 and 14/4 and there is no action nor reply from Kraken Trade. I tried to reach them and seek help through their official Instagram and ******** but they remove my comment immediately. Still, they are updating their stock list and media, but they never answer me or preparing my order. There is reasonable suspicion that Kraken Trade commits the offence of fraud.

            I never received part of an order I placed on 09/11/2022 (order #*****). I ordered two items: A red *** and a pink Clamshell. I was able to pick up the red *** at a pin trading event in Orange County, but they did not have the pink clamshell. The clamshell was never mailed to me and it looks as though it has been out of stock since I ordered it, I have emailed Kraken Trade several times to try to resolve the issue. I also tried to contact them on Instagram (since they are very active on that social media platform). The only replies I received have been auto generated templates that do not address my issue. I can not call them because they do not have a customer service telephone number. For resolution I would like the pink clamshell to be shipped to me. If they are unable to send the pink clamshell, an exchange/credit or refund would also be fine as a resolution. The clamshell with tax was about $53.

            Kraken trade offered in May of 2022 preorder for several of their pin trading products, such as, pin binders and pin protective pages. This preorder was expected to ship in Aug 2022. In Oct of 2022 I reached out several times through social media and heard nothing. I finally reached out through email in Nov 2022. ************** responded saying he never saw anything on social media or their website from me. I then received a tracking email on Nov 24, 2022. Nothing has shipped as **** is saying the label has been created but nothing has shipped yet. I've reached out several times via email asking for an update and am getting no response.
