    I ordered risers on 7/26 and paid for over night shipping. It is now 8/2 and my risers have yet to be shipped. When I contacted the shop they informed me they were out of stock and would be in stock and ship on Wednesday 7/31. If they were out of stock I should have been informed that day not a week later and still have not received an estimate of when my over night risers will be here

    I purchased a bike lock with shipping and handling for close to $90.00 dollars on September 13, 2023. As of today September 30th. I have not received the bike lock. I have reached out to the company, Lucky Speed, 3 times for a estimated time of delivery with no response. This was part of a Birthday gift which doesn't appear to be coming. It appears they are not going to respond so I think they have taken my money with no product delivery.

    I ordered a chain conversion kit for my ****** on 6/14/23. As of 7/14/23 I have heard NOTHING from the shop. No one answers calls nor emails. I was prepping my bike for an event where I promised a complete product and was NOT able to produce due to this vendors blatant INCOMPETENCE and disregard for their customers. As a first time customer, I am horrified and yet amused that this company has not been run out of business. Initially I heard mixed reviews about this company and decided to try them out anyway boy do I regret this decision. They have cost me future customers and tarnished my reputation. Additionally, my mailing address is changing and only comes of issue NOW because i STILL have not received my parts. Disgusting.

    Ordered a Saddleman SDC Pro for my Road King on 05/24/2022. On 06/17/2022 they finally shipped the seat. When the seat arrived it was the wrong seat. I sent the seat back immediately and was Told by ***** (who has since been fired) that the seats were on back order. So Whatever Ill wait.I had been emailing and calling weekly for updates on my seat and was told by **** (****** Replacement) the seats would finally be in on 8/11/2022 and I would be *************** .As of 8/18/2022 Ive been calling and emailing with almost not response or updates on my seat.This place has some serious issues and there are plenty of other shops I will now order from rather well than ordering from this place.
