  In may 2024 I went to see this dentist with a ***** from ********** dental ***** of $10,000 the dentist gave me three different quotes which were expensive I don't have any credit so I was not able to get financial support. About 1-2 months after I received a phone call from the dental office asking me if I had got my teeth fixed I said no why ? And he said he would me a call back. I didn't hear from the dental office. So I started to look for someone else I found a college that Will assist me but I need a referral from the dentist. I submitted an email and left messages. No replies from the dental office. I'm asking for my teeth to get fixed or for dental ***** to be returned so I can get my teeth fixed.

  As for your request for a refund of $10,000, we would like to clarify that the ***** funds are allocated specifically for dental work that has been completed at a participating dental practice. As no services have been performed in this case, and the ***** is non-transferable, a refund cannot be issued.
  
  In regard to your request for a referral to a dental school, we do not provide direct referral slips to patients. If the dental school you are interested in requires documentation from us, they may provide a form for Dr. ********************** to complete. We would be happy to assist with this once we receive the appropriate form from their office.

  I will reach out to the Cosmetic Dental ***** ******* to explore other options regarding my *****.  ***** ******* operates independently the refund of $10,000, funds are allocated specifically for dental work completed at a participating dental practice and that no services have been performed in this case. Since the ***** funds are non-transferable that means the ***** was given to your business. Return the ***** back to dental ***** I ******** ***** is asking for the ***** to be returned to dental ***** asap.
