I have been trying to reach this company for over a ******** I have gotten 3 different phone numbers.I have emailed and they keep telling me to either call or email back. When leaving message,Nobody gets back with me. I placed my order january 12th 2025, have not received anything from my order ******* all of a sudden they are sending me the bulbs to a product I do not have. Nor do I want anymore. If I could reach somebody I would like to get a total refund of my money.Review from Kelly H

I ordered 3 ODRxs for ***** with an upsell for 12 ODRx replacement bulbs at ***** and another upsell for 1 Clarifion at *****. This totaled $177.61 with $13.72 in tax. I placed order on Dec 16, 2024 and it is now 1 month later without any product in hand!! I sent 2 follow up emails with no response to either on 1/7 and 1/12. I would like a full refund on this product as there has been no movement. I am placing a dispute on this order.Review from Wilma M

I placed an order on November 20. Clarifying charged me on November 20. I bought through ****** for security. The tracking information that I finally got was bogus. Since the beginning of December, the parcel shows to be sitting in **********. I have contacted clarifying many times, and they will not respond nor refund my money. ********, scam company!Review from BEVERLEY V

Clarifion charge extra funds on my credit card without my knowledge or authorization the charge of $90.92 was charged separate from my order on my card. I have made several phone calls and each time I was told to leave a message and no one have returned my call.I think this Clarifion is a FRAUD! I have not been able to speak with anyone regarding this fraud charge on my card and I am returning the order as the Clarifion does not work.Review from Robert B

Clarifion plug-in air ionizers are not only ineffective, but make people sneeze and get dizzy. Additionally, they turn black as do the walls around the electrical outlets to which they are plugged; and, it is near impossible to effectively clean the ionizers and the walls.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations. Please note that the black soot around the ionizer means its doing it job! All you have to do is wipe the unit down, sometimes daily, to clean up the black soot. This information can be verified with a ****** search. Also, if you are within 30 days of delivery please contact customer service, we offer a 30 day warranty on our products. We also offer an additional 2 year warranty for a small fee.
