    RUINED MY CAR - I feel bad because the employees are so kind, but they RUINED my car. It was admittedly not in perfect shape prior, since its a 2006, but as you can see in the photos it is now completely covered with scratches that absolutely were not there before. Its very clearly from the drive through car wash. I spent $250 total ($200 plus $50tip prepaid). I went back in the next day to show them what happened, and one guy sprayed the hood with some sort of oil that made it look a little better, but by the next day all of the scratches were back. I took my car somewhere else and they said the damage was irreversible. Im so heartbroken

        We forwarded your estimate of $533.86 to our insurance . The should've sent you a check in the mail by now. 

        If you have not received the payment through our insurance upon reading this email , please stop by the car wash office on a Monday or Wednesday and I will 

       write a check to the same amount in your estimate. Thank you and we are very sorry for this inconvenience.

    *****, who sells the car wash packages at the car wash is always using high-pressure sales and upsells Many of his customers to get more money out of our pockets. He upselled Me into believing that I needed to detail my car. He convinced me that it was a good deal, but they did a horrible job and I feel taken advantage of. This is the second time this has happened so now I am filing a complaint. It is also happened to my boyfriend several times as the same man tries to push more sales on us to spend more money at the car wash.His business practices are shady and he misleads the customer into thinking they are going to get a wonderful detail and wax job + a car wash. The car came out dirty, and he tried to blame it on the sun That my car had burn/sun spots from Parking outside.I had to show him with a wrap and my own fingertips that there was bird p*** on the car.I dont think a business owner should be allowed to upsell customers the way he does

        I would like to correct things for you as a valued customer. Please come by the car wash on a Monday or Wednesday and I will give you a certificate worth $140.00 .

    The car wash put some type of grease all over my windows.... I was mad from an incident that occurred earlier with them so I just drove off and didn't realize my windows. At night time when I began to drive I couldn't see outside of my windows I noticed my windows are greasy. I went home and had to scrub it off myself leaving my windows still with streaks and Grease. I called two times on Tuesday and Wednesday, the boss was not in so they put some guy pretending to be the boss. He told me he wasn't the manager and all he said was for me to take my care back in. I called later afternoon on Wednesday, I finally got the real manager, he said all he can do is just redo my car and hung up on me.... It's not the easy for me I work 12 hour shifts I'm only off on Monday and I'm going to be in Florida besides I don't trust that company. I don't want my car back in their hands. I want a full refund .... Please help
