Hearty recommendation for Llando with Grab and Haul. He made the auto transport process so much easier for me! I was apprehensive about shipping our cars across the country and overwhelmed trying to find a trustworthy vendor. Llando was always responsive, and he helped me understand the process better than anyone else. He communicated via text, phone, email, outside work hourswhatever I needed. I felt like he had my back. I am so fortunate to have found Llano and his team. From the initial contact to delivery everyone was incredibly helpful and considerate. Scheduling met our needs perfectly, we were kept up to date on location and expected time of arrival, delivery went smoothly even with snow, payment was so easy. I want to give a huge shoutout to Llando! He went the extra mile! Our daughter and granddaughter moved from N.C. to ***** and we needed to get her car transported I found Grab and Haul transport on BBB and I was impressed with them from the start Llando communicated with me through email, text and calls. Great door to door service. I had great communication from setting up the pickup to finalizing the delivery. Llando goes above and beyond. I had an unexpected delay for pick up and he responded by having other options for me. He always had my best interest at heart and was so understanding. My driver, ****, was great too and kept me updated on his ETA on pick up and delivery which were right on the dot. Would use again.Review from Kayla W

Llando was VERY helpful and great at communicating with us when our car was being transported! We found ourselves in a pickle and needed to ship our car last minute from ******** to ********** and he saved the day and we are very appreciative!
