    I placed an order on Sept 9th 2022 for a Double Triangle Ring. The order number was *******. The total price was $121.31. My package was mailed to the wrong address by the seller. I emailed the seller through PayPal and learned by package was mailed to **** 28th. This address is incorrect. The correct address is ************** The correct address is listed on my ScreenBid and PayPal account. ***** is unable to track the package and the seller has refused to issue me a refund.

    Placed an order around 3/18/2021 for movie props on the site using a gift card ***** provided after my first order was never delivered. The second order was then subsequently never delivered, and my only email contact never responded. Products never arrived, no customer support response after payment was already processed.

    Order ******** I placed this order in February 2022: a sport coat worn by ******* on the series*********. I was told 2 weeks was the latest it would arrive when I placed the order. I waited two weeks, checked the order page I was given only to be met with a "server error" screen. It is not on my end as I've used multiple computers and phones to try to access this. Due to this, I couldn't even track my order. I contacted screenbid only to be met with an automated message saying it would take a bit longer. Fast forward to now, July 11th 2022. I have still received nor heard nothing regarding my order. I sent an email this morning asking for a full refund to the card on file as I don't even care about the item anymore. 50 dollars is still 50 dollars and I need it back! I received the SAME automated message that I received 5 months ago. I even tried calling the number listed and it was a busy line every time. Taking peoples money is frankly disgusting. All I want is a refund.

    I placed an order on April 21st, 2021. This was supposed to be sent in just a few weeks. I reached back out on July 20th to ask where my order was. This message went unreturned along with multiple phone calls that went straight to voicemail. I could not get someone to respond. I finally received a response on February 24th, 2022 from an individual saying he did not work for the company but was in charge of the item I was supposed to receive. He asked for a picture of the item. However, my order confirmation did not have a picture of the item and the item had been removed from the website when it was purchased. He said I could get credit on my account and receive another item if I paid shipping and handling. I feel this is not acceptable. Now the individual will not return my emails to get in contact with someone else. Is this a scam? It has been almost a full year and I have no item and no way of communicating with the business to get my money back.

    On April 21, 2021, I purchased ***************** income tax report that was used as a prop on *************************** As of today (April 9, 2022) I still haven't received the item or been contacted by ScreenBid at all, despite multiple attempts from me to reach out. I have attached screenshots of the receipts, and my emails to them, and their one response to me, which was very generic and had nothing to do with my order at all. I would like the item I paid for, but if that cannot be done, I want a refund and a big explanation of why this happened, because right now I feel like ScreenBid is a huge scam.
