Subject: Complaint Against Carsan for Non-payment of Insurance Reimbursement To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Carsan, co-host of my vehicle on the Turo platform since October 2023, for their failure to disburse the insurance reimbursement owed to me.Details of the Incident:Host and Contact: Carsan, managed by ******, located in ***********, ***********Accident: In May 2024, a Turo guest had an accident resulting in my vehicle being declared a total loss.Insurance Reimbursement: Despite being the registered owner of the vehicle, I was informed by **** that the insurance reimbursement had to be paid directly to Carsan, as they were the host at the time of the accident.Payment to Carsan: On June 28, 2024, Turo paid the full insurance reimbursement amount of $41,000+ to Carsan.Assurance from ******: ****** from Carsan confirmed via text that the same amount, minus a minor processing fee, would be disbursed to me by the third week of July (July *****, 2024).However, despite these assurances, I have not received any payment from Carsan as of today. Additionally, ****** has not responded to my texts and calls since mid-July. I believe this constitutes a fraudulent act on the part of Carsan, as they are withholding the insurance funds that rightfully belong to me.Requested Resolution:I request that Carsan immediately disburse the full insurance reimbursement amount to me. Furthermore, I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent such fraudulent activities. Furthermore, I recently noticed that other vehicle owners using Carsan as a co-host have reported similar instances of insurance fraud conducted by Carsan.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Beware! Carsan is a ******* held fraud operation fronting as a "car sharing" service; but they run scam through a vehicle insurance loophole on Turo. If you rent your car through them, you'll never see it back. Once you ask to see your vehicle or schedule a pick up, they'll come up with an excuse to delay it and a few weeks later? "Total loss". This is where their scam truly starts: They are directly accepting the insurance funds for your car and will never pay you. There are hundreds of people in this situation and over a million in missing funds. This operation is held by ***************************, a ******* man living in LA; and managed by a ******* lady located in **************. They immediately divert all funds received to other fake businesses like "Corporate doors **** which ***** opened to funnel funds through. In addition to insurance fraud, they also won't pay you as a host. This won't last!

They (Carsan) wont return my vehicle nor allow me to deliver it to the body shop myself. Alot of evasive demeanor towards pressing questions that are meant to ************ informed.I need my vehicle asap and away from hands of crafty industry con-men who would stop at nothing to make disloyal gains. They turned off my vehicles GPS tracking device so i wouldn't know exactly where it is in real time.Additionally they misinformed me of the real amount of money i was quoted to receive in the beginning of the rental arrangements.
