Purchased iPhone 12 PRO 11/28/2023. Phone put into use 12/26/2024 at which time all was good. Iphone developed a problem 4/14/2024 where it will not connect to a network - appears to be an internal antenna/receiver issue as SIM and network settings were all confirmed as correct. I have sent multiple e-mails to Santa Monica Wireless asking for advice on how to obtain warranty service (iPhone came with 1-year warranty from authorized third party) but I have not received a reply from SM Wireless. I like to give benefit of the doubt but it appears that SM Wireless is not at all interested in customer service after the sale.Review from Chantelle

I ordered and paid for an iPhone14 ********* spent nearly $1000 for this phone. Santa Monica Wireless sent me the wrong phone that was water damaged and did not even turn on. They refused to exchange the phone and kept my money. I will be filing suit in small claims if this is not resolved. So far, 6 weeks after ordering - I have NO communication with them. They will not respond to emails and I am unable to locate any phone number anywhere for this company. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM.Review from Jennifer Z

They advertise a 1 year warranty on their phones but when you try to reach out to them asking what can be done about a phone issue after 9 months they will not respond to you. I have sent 6 messages over a week asking for help with the phone I purchased with a 1 year warranty and they will not respond to me. Terrible business practice not responding to your customers. If you advertise a 1 year warranty on a phone someone buys from you give them the courtesy of responding to them.Review from Rosendo G

Worst seller I've ever had to deal with on **** do not purchase anything from the seller they are not trustworthy, they are scammers they don't give a s*** about their customers, do not buy anything from this company, and since they made my life a living h*** for a week I'm going to make their business a living h*** By making sure no one does business with the seller because they will just s**** you over, ignore you and then at the end blame you that everything is your fault.Review from Adam G

I bought a phone from these guys and it broke in a month. I returned the phone and they accused me of not sending back the phone I bought from them and i was comittng fraud. You could easily see that the pictures they took were of a different phone and they were just trying to s**** another customer. Thankfully **** agreed with me and refunded my purchase money. Do not buy from Santa Monica Wireless. They are not a reputable seller!!!!Review from Richard C

I bought this iPhone 11 Pro *** on BackMarket.com from Santa Monica wireless in excellent condition. Sends me a phone in good condition and a speaker that sounded like sh*t next to my iPhone 11 Pro ***. I took pictures when it arrived, 10 minutes later, and the s**** to the speaker was sticking out a little. Santa Monica wireless took the phone back and said I voided the warranty and that they would fix the phone as a one time courtesy. I never voided the warranty and its impossible to so in 10 minutes. When I got the phone back the speaker sounded the same. I have been going back and forth with Back Market and the result of this disaster was I am stuck with the phone because I voided the warranty. You are a shady seller and I know Im not the only one you did this to. ***** will get you my friend. They are still in possession of my phone and haven't provided any return tracking information. I will never do business with a company like this and buyer, be aware what you purchase refurbished online and take a dozen pictures of your phone soon as it arrives. You're welcome.
