    Only ordered twice thus far. I was so excited to receive my free frother with a four box order. I thought I did everything right. But I guess not. Angelinos refuses to send my most likely $2.00 frother. They say I have to request it with my next order. How *****. I said I dont think Ill be ordering anymore coffee. They were fine with it. How long will a company stay in business if they run a business so unprofessional. Shameful behavior. I would NEVER treat a customer like this over such a small issue. They are not the only game in town. Ive called the owner **** **********. However no return phone call. There does come a time when a company makes enough money off their customers that they really dont care anymore. I believe we are here with this company

    I just started ordering from Angelinos and so far, I am impressed! The coffee tastes fresher than other K-cups I have tried. I like flavored coffee and their flavors are delicious. I ordered directly from their site, so I am not sure if it would be as fresh if ordered from ******.

    I have been ordering from Angelinos for almost 3 years. Its so much better than the coffee pods. The shipping is always really quick.

    I finally had to call customer service to cancel my order that was placed on 10/31/24. Today is Nov 12. Way too long to get coffee. It has been sitting at carrier for over 8 days.

    The customer's order was lost in transit. At the time of contact, the customer requested a refund which was refunded during the call.

    Was really interested in trying their decaf vanilla but wanted a little more information on if they use artificial flavors. I got a very long response that refused to answer my question. The response was also quite rude. So due to that interaction I will never try this coffee. You dont get to be rude to me and get my money.

    We have a return or exchange policy within 30 days. We will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the return. Unfortunately, we would not cover the cost of the return shipping.

    I've been purchasing angelinos coffee for a year and I love it. It is a little pricy but it beats any of the grocery store coffees.

    I've been buying Angelino's Coffee (K-Cups) now for about 6-8 months. My ******** like the dark roasts. She has to drink decaf because of *************** I drink regular. Their dark roasts decaf and regular are just right. I also order their Sumatra Dark which also has a good taste to it. Recently I ordered their concentrated brew in a bottle to make cold brew with milk in these hot *******. It is definitely concentrated & strong. We balance these roasts out with other brands so as not to get too tired of one brew. Part of the problem in most coffees is that not every roaster makes a good dark roast decaf. It's all medium to medium-dark roasts which taste *****

    This is the worse coffee I have ever had. Bought Breakfast Blend-This was tasteless. Bought Donut Shop- this is tasteless. Hawaian blend- not good. Italian Roast was bitter. So sorry I trusted them and was so excited to get the coffee. Would love to return but can only return unopen box. How can you try it if you do not open the box. Plus is you want to return it you pay postage RED FLAG on the company. C rating with BBB. Do not buy from this company.

    We are sorry to hear that you weren't a fan of some of our coffee.  We do understand that some of our coffee isn't for everyone.

    We do have many customers who adore a strong cup of coffee.  Therefore, we do put 20% more coffee in each cup.  If you found some of them to be bitter or too strong for your liking, you can always brew them on a larger water-ounce setting.  That'll make them a little bit weaker for you.  Or smaller water-ounce setting depending on your taste. 

    You are able to return opened boxes back to us for an exchange or refund.   

    I do see that you reached out to our Care Team on Friday April 19th.   We did find a solution for your order without you having to return it.

    Some of these low-rating reviews are suspect to me. I love coffee, and being in the airline business, I have tasted coffee worldwide, from *************** to Asia, Europe, and ***************.I now drink mostly Decaf coffee and had a hard time finding any coffee here in the US that had a bold taste and a great aroma.My choice of coffee so far has been K-Cups from the brand name "P," which I like.Enter **********! I ordered four boxes on a whim and am glad I did. Their Dark Roast, **************** Decaf coffee hits it out of the ballpark for me.Awesome aroma and bold taste, the way I like it. In addition to taste, pricing for their coffee beats brand-name "P" by a longshot.I will be a customer as long as ********** is around.
