    I purchased on 11/2/23 total of $52.19 for a 5ml. roller ball of Liquid ********************** I reached out to the company to see what their exchange return policy was, as I described the item I purchased had zero scent to it at all( not in the bottle nor on), and no one I asked could smell it as well. Their lackluster response was very unsatisfactory and seemed nonapologetic not offering a resolution except for the following response. "Thank you for reaching out. Please keep in mind that the pheromones are meant to have little to no scent once applied. The slight scent once applied goes away after ***** min while the effects last 6-8 hrs. As our website states. we do not accept returns or exchanges." It may just be by coincidence but one of the two products that I really wanted to try, was out of stock at the time I placed my order. I got notified the next day that they were back in stock. I'm Not impressed at all. And hope others have a better experience than I did.

    Ordered a 75 USD set from this company in June. Order was shipped and arrived about a month later, after finishing the payments via shoppay. After opening and testing the perfume, I realized I was sent pure rubbing alcohol in a tube and that the items were way smaller than advertised. Contacted the chat about this issue and was talked to by someone who is either younger than 15 or who doesn't understand how to deal with customer service complaints. I was sent two tiktok videos to watch instead of being put in contact with someone who I could talk to about the issue. This company and the perfumes are scams. Do not purchase.

    Ordered some goods from the mentioned site, two months and about 2-5 contacts with customer service and carrier, still no information where my order is if it's gonna be delivered at all, no problem solving from their side, alsono refunds from their side.

    Ordered product on the 16th of April. Im in ****** so I expected to wait a bit in shipping. First order took over 15 business days to ship - shipping company said they never received the package. They reordered it for me and it has yet to notify as ship and its been 26 days and has yet to show as packaged or shipped. They refuse to refund me due to their no refund policy. Now shy of 60 days later and they are not responding to emails.

    I am writing to follow up on my order ****** which I placed during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I never received my package, and despite multiple attempts to reach out to your customer service team, I have yet to receive a resolution to this issue. As a result of the extended wait time and lack of assistance from your customer service team, I no longer need or want the product I ordered. The order was intended as a gift, and this whole experience has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I kindly request your assistance in processing a refund for my order. I have already spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and I would like to bring it to a close as soon as possible

    Regarding Order #****** Order placed: December 11th, 2022 for a total of $226CAD Initial reach-out to customer care: December 26th, I was told they're working on it.January 2, 2023 I received a notification that my order was shipped. The tracking information that I paid extra for didn't work. I even downloaded the app they recommended 'Route' and it never acknowledged an order from Heaux Cosmetics.Today I reached out at 8:45am and received an email that they'll offer me store credit however I do not believe this will happen as I believe this is a scam company.

    I followed this company on******* and have wanted to try them for a long time. Found out they have payment plans so I went for it. They shipped my order and I received notification it would arrive on the 15th. I didn't get it. I tried the tracking number and got an error message email the company. They stated they fulfilled the order and use the tracking. I emailed back once again telling them that the tracking number isn't working. Emailed them 2 days later and finally get notification that my order would be delivered on the 20th. I won't even be in the state. Their shipping policy states you will receive it in 3-5 business days. I ordered on the 10th as so I would get it before my vacation now it is going to get here and stay in my mailbox and freeze. I contacted the company again and all I got was we fulfilled the order the rest is up to the shipping up to the company. I contacted them on******* and that is when they sent it. They are horrible. Really disappointed in this company. And I stopped the auto payments for them too. They aren't getting my money if they aren't sending me the proper product and it's in my hands

    Ordered perfumed for my birthday, didn't make it in time for paying duties , it was shipped back. Contacted company they said they will wait till it arrives and reship it. So, I am waiting, waiting they ask me to wait for a bit, confirm that everything is fine it will be there soon. It's December already by now I am frustrated and I don't even want it. I want just my money and neve hear them that company again. So they ask me to wait for a bit more and they will sort refund, few days later they tell me they can't refund me because it's been to long. And I can't make complaint in PayPal because it's been to long too. Now they say they don't offer refunds only reshipment that is send out without my confirmation to my old address. Then they lie that it was shipped and I received it even tho I can't receive it without paying duties and then turns out it was shipped to Spain. Every time something different. Now over year later still nothing.

    Purchased a product from this company, and when it arrived the spray bottle was missing 60% of the product. It looks like they did not screw on the sprayer all the way which caused most of the product to spill into the packaging. As soon as I opened the package and saw this I immediately sent pictures to the company and messaged them a few times on their website, hoping to remedy this. I never heard any response from them. I purchased it for my husband for his new job, and it was super disappointing to find I had paid $30 for a near-empty bottle.

    I ordered this product mid February and delivered last weekend of February. I was super excited but the moment I opened the product the smell was overbearing and smells like vomit. I tried to contact customer service several times for a refund or even an exchange but no response back from company. I read online they won't contact back to resolve issues. I know their policy is no refunds but I cannot believe I wasted $50 on this to smell this awful. I want a refund at this point.
