They have posted personal information from my court case that potentially could put me in danger. I didn't give anyone permission to post my name and address on the web. It needs to be removed or I will report it to my States Attorney General.Review from Gina B

Do not use this site- This website is DECEITFUL. I signed up for a free trial. The fine print that you agree to is not honored. I signed up for the 14 day free trial and was charged for the trial period amount of $129.95 instantly even though per their agreement it says you will get charged AFTER the trial period is over. It says it was pending for a few days so you think that its just a hold - it is not a hold and they take your money. I canceled my account and deleted the account immediately after - Im taking the day I signed up and still took the money. I have called their phone number and emailed them on numerous occasions with no contact at all. Their phone number listed on their site is only set up for voicemail - I have called at all times of the day and no one ever answers. I also never got an email confirmation about signing up or my free trial. Even tried contacting them on ********. This site needs to regulate sites like this. The phone number listed on their ******** account is a foreign number.Review from Persephone W

I joined during the trial period because it appeared in my search for information on a relative's case. I later found that information can be found on the ************** website free of charge. As a consequence, I put my subscriptoin on hold prior to the trial period ending. They still charged me ***** at the end of the trial period. I have since deleted my account and contested the charge with credit card company.Review from Denise R

This company is violating the *** laws protecting personal information and also misleading consumers to think they must subscribe and pay for information that is free to the public. They charge ****** a month to access public information that is available for free. They also use SEO and tagging to come up in consumers ****** results to bring notice to civil suits of people giving personal information and financial situations coming up as number 1 in the ****** results. They are exploiting people to make money off them while hurting them by making sure people are aware of private information.Review from Cristal C

I signed up for the 14 day free trial and had the subscription for maybe 10 minutes before a total of 300 dollars was deducted from my account. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them via phone and their contact form with no reply. I did receive a cancelation email but am worried not even that will stop them from taking more money as the reviews state they have on numerous occasions. I just want my money back. Im a single mom trying to her best. I really just hope trellis does the right thing and refunda everyone of us.Review from M* P

This is so terrible that a company has the right to put all of your information online. I have been receiving scam calls all day every day because of them. This company needs someone to put their information out there like that to see how they feel. I want all of my information removed from this site. This is a terrible company.Review from Shawnte F

There was no way to cancel my free subscription other that the message box on their website which I used to write a request for cancellation after two days of use. There was no phone number I could use to cancel. So, they unfairly charged me $200.00. This has got to be a purposeful way they charge people. They will be sued at some point.Review from Lynn B

There is personal information posted online from this website about me, which I did not consent to, This case that was dismissed in court. I demand that this information be removed or the proper legal actions will be taken. I don't appreciate you guys trying to denigrate my character online..***** *.
