If I have given consent to the processing of my personal data, I am hereby withdrawing said consent for the entire process.             I have repeatedly filled out the Xlek.com online opt-out form to have my data removed. There is data related to a "People Search" (one reference) and a "Property Search" (three references) which I would like removed from their website. I do not want my home address displayed on the internet. I've sent in Opt-Out requests but never received a confirmation, email or any other communication and my personal data is still on their website. Please remove my personal information!

            Xlek is flagrantly transgressing against the ********** Consumer Privacy Act. According to the **** any company that buys, receives or shares personal information of 50,000 or more consumers, households or devices must adhere to the laws outlined by the ****. Xlek touts on their homepage that they are "a resource to search millions of online data records for free" however they exempted themselves from the ****. Xlek is exploiting my valuable identifying data and a treasure trove of data from millions for massive profit generated by *************************. Yet, the individuals who are being preyed on are excluded from enjoying any of this profit. I made the request for my data regarding my historical domain name registration/Whois Records on this page **************************************************** to be removed on November 24, 2021 through the contact form on their website and their email address found within Xlek's Terms of Use page, ********************** However Xlek was unresponsive to both avenues of communication. The incorrect and outdated information or sensitive data provided by Xlek are having real consequences on its victims. This is unacceptable, according the **** as a *********** tax-paying resident I have the right to request for my personal data to be deleted and for this request to be fulfilled in a timely manner. In addition to being unresponsive, Xlek does not have the required Do Not Sell My Personal Information link on their homepage. Companies such as yourself who deliberately refuse to comply the laws outlined in the **** may be subject to fine(s). If my data is not deleted as requested, I will file a formal complaint with the ********** Attorney General who will begin an investigation and possibly levy fines. I have uploaded a receipt from over a decade ago of one of the domain names to provide evidence that I was the registrant of the domain names listed on Xlek's website; therefore I have the full authority to request the removal.

I have used their tool to opt out more than three different occasions and my information below is still visible. I would like my information deleted and removed from their database. Xlek is demystifying the world of public data. Thier goal is to let anyone, at any time, search through United States based public data and information for free.             A website called ******** sells false information mixed up under my name. They claim that they're affiliated with or get their data from Truth Finder. I can't find my data on **************** ******** does not make it clear how to remove your info and the one sentence that they have about that buried in their terms and conditions references an opt-out link or page with no directions to where to find it-deliberately obscured. If you chose to email them, you must divulge even more personal info to send an email-it's mandatory in the email form that they provide. I am including screen prints of all of this. This company is predatory and should be fined. How many times was my information sold and to whom? They're probably the reason that some of my data was on the dark web. I want to know exactly where they got my information.
