            On Friday February 25, I purchased a GUCCI pouch on the endand website as part of their contest promotion (please see purchase information upload document) which they promoted on ********* (please refer to *********** of ********* posts). On Sunday February 27, I got a message from the company (screenshot attached) that I was not part of the email list and as such I can not purchase the item. But, they will make an exception this time. However, I did sign up for their email list on Friday and I have the email ************ *********** Then they stated that they have analyzed the daily email list and it appears like the email was opened by several significant ********** who also had ************ name. In the contest, it does not state no where that if you have a certain name you are excluded from the contest. Matter of fact, they did not even have an official set of rules for the contest. And are making up stuff along the way just so they don't have to fulfill the prize. Their ********* post for the contest is very ********** and it is false advertising. I contacted them through messages on endand, and no response (screenshot attached). I then emailed them ********** for an explanation (attached) and no response. The business is ************ upon multiple ******** to contact the business to fulfill my order. I paid for the item and the money has been taken out, yet the good is not being fulfilled and delivered. I want the item that I paid for, which is why I am reaching out to you to get a resolution to this. Please help me
