Absolutely horrible "service." Paid **** for an in-home appointment at noon. At 1:15 we called to find out where our doctor was. Were told they would be arriving between 1-2pm. The doctor did not arrive then. Continued to call 3 times between 2-3:30 to next be told there would be a 4:00 zoom call. We paid for an in person visit. At 4:30 there was no zoom link provided. Called another 4 times to be told our apologies we just don't know anything. This business is a ***** they are ****** and do not provide medical ********* ********* DO NOT USE THEM EVER.

    Business response

    12/07/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/11/29) */ This client did not book our services. We have conducted an internal audit and the name does not appear in our system. Consumer Response /* (3000, 12, 2022/11/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We did book their services. My 18 year old son **** ************ booked the service. I filed the complaint as his parent under my name ****** ************. This business failed to provide service to my child **** ************. Tell the business to check their files for **** ************ and how they failed to tend to his health. I do not accept this response and demand this business be under review for failing to provide proper healthcare. Thank you, ****** ************ Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2022/12/02) */ **. ************ (son) booked a house call visit with us on 11/2. At the time of booking, there was a note that explained it was a preferred time and that our dispatch team would call to confirm the time. Our providers are in the field and can't give an exact time since they travel to the patients, and each patient's needs are different in addition to travel time. Our dispatcher called to confirm the time on 11/2, and **. ************ stated that he had class and could not be seen at the time we had available. We offered him a Telemed visit if that would be easier for him. However, when they tried to reach him later in the day, they did not get a hold of him. When they finally got a hold of him, he said he went to the Minute Clinic. We issued a full refund on 11/2, and **. ************ (mom) called our dispatch team and called them liars and threatened that she was in a position of authority (Founder GIT Mom). The following day one of our managers reached out to his mother, **. ************, and explained the situation. We went above and beyond to work with **. ************, including offering a Telemed visit, but it was impossible to please her. Our company provided no treatment to **. ************, and a full refund was issued. Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2022/12/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This business needs to have their license ******** Yes, they are liars. I booked the service at an exact time on their website. Review their website booking protocols. We were never called when they failed to show 15 minutes after the set time. I had to call to inquire. Was told "they're in the field." ****** We called 5 times over 3 hours to ask when they would be providing service. We were NEVER notified. We were never called to say someone would show up. I never booked a telemed. It's completely unacceptable to place blame on a sick child. I only booked an in person appointment. It is completely ************ that this business thinks they can refund my money and hide from them doing their job. This business can't say they went above and beyond when they didn't provide the service I booked. They are a ***** They need their license ******** They aren't working in the United States. ****** their license ************ Stop taking other people's money.
