    Over six months ago, June 13, 2024, I ordered a multi sliding door for my patio from HDW and made a deposit of $2300. The company promised me that the door will be delivered to my residence in September, 2024. The door never arrived. The salesman(Tiru) told me that the door will arrive in October but never did. Again, he promised that the door will arrived in November which it never did. December came but no update. ******* to request the company to refund my deposit which they never responded. Today is January 3, 2025 and the door has never been delivered. I am filing this complaint to BBB for the purpose of forcing the company to return my deposit back. And also, I would like to advise anyone not to deal with this company because they are unreliable and cannot be trusted.

    Invoice date 6/15/2023 I have sent multiple mails requesting to purchase a new k*** and their response is "send a picture and we will send a new k*** at no cost". I have sent multiple pictures and still have not received the new k***

    We ordered several bifold doors which one of them (a 16ft bifold door) had a damaged lock and mechanism which we discovered during installation.We contacted HDW Doors and the owner asap and were promised they will take care if this. This was on June 4th this year.Since then we were promised several times that it will be taken care of and no response to our complaints. We send photos, videos, etc. The installer fo the company was here and said the mechanism needs to be repaired. The lock of the 3rd panel is only engaging on the top and not on the bottom. So the door is not fully closed and has some wiggleroom.The item was Aluminum Bifold Door 192"Wx80"H opening right from outside Black Finish We need that bifold door

    Date of purchase and invoice date: 04-15-2024 Amount of money paid: $11,190.00 What the company committed to providing: a door and a track Nature of dispute: the company shipped the incorrect door without a track. I have tried calling and resolving the issue to get the correct door and track since April. The company continuously promises to be sending the items and never does. The company has stopped answering any phone calls.The company has been completely non responsive to any text messages or phone calls attempting to resolve the issue.

    We purchased a Bifold door from HDW Doors in August 2023 but after a month itself the door latch stopped working and we are unable to open the door anymore. Imagine spending close to $20,000 (Door Price + Installation) but unable to open it which defeats the purpose of buying Bifold doors. As per the purchase documents, we are still under warranty for a year on all the hardware including the door latch. Initially, we tried to reach out to the sales representative (*****) who helped us with our questions and assured us that they will help us if there is any issue with the door after buying. Now it has been four months (since nov) since we have been relentlessly chasing this company to get a resolution despite being under warranty period. They have been just ignoring us and stopped answering our calls anymore. I feel this is a fraudulent company with a worst customer service. I am beyond disappointed and need BBB help to resolve this issue for us. I want them to either repair this door or replace this door along with the installation. If this is not possible I want a full refund of the amount we paid to install and buy the door.     On June 22, 2023 our builder (*****************) ordered folding glass doors from HDW doors. Invoice #****. $4,750.00 was paid to HDW doors in a form of a check (#****) as down payment by *****************. We paid ***************** $12,000.00 upfront in a signed contract agreement. In September the doors size was modified as we found out that the wrong size was ordered. We talked with **** and **** and they said they reordered the doors in the right size and that the doors would be delivered in 6 weeks from date of 26th of September. additionally they said they would keep the $4,750.00 as a deposit. We have numerous emails and phone conversations back and forth from **** and **** where we finally asked for them to refund our money. Today, February 2nd, I again spoke to **** asking him to refund our money. They continually say they will return our calls but they never call us back to finalize the refund. We believe this company is fraudulent and may even be in collusion with ***************** who has made no effort to return our money either. We want HDW doors to return the $4,750.00 in full to us as we still have not received our doors and no indication or date given to us regarding status or delivery.
