  I took my work suit here to get it cleaned and they burned it by using too much heat around the collar area. This ruined my suit. I noticed it as soon as I wore it to work and saw it in the mirror. This was the first time i ever got my suit cleaned since buying it back in March, so I know for certain that it wasn't there before. I've never washed it, applied heat to it or done anything out of the ordinary to cause this, but they are denying all responsibility. They're saying "it must've been like that when I bought it." This is a cheap form of mental manipulation and I will not stand for it. It cost me $36 to get it cleaned and altered and I'll need at least $125 to replace the suit!

We have always stood behind our product, alterations, and services, dry cleaning, rendered. Issuing client refunds, covering replacement costs and/or damages and offering free services are restitutions that have kept us in good business standing for over 20 years.************** suit jacket never received direct heat. Direct heat on certain material can be damaging and even alter the garment entirely. His jacket was steamed, when it dried, the collar looked shinny in comparison to other parts of the suit, but it was not damaged. He immediately asked for money to resolve the issue and insisted that we pay him for damaging his suit. His suit can still be worn and is not beyond repair. This is false, and at this point without them proving it, it's just my word against theirs. There are many **** reviews online, where this business simply denies any responsibility of damaging other peoples' garments. The owner telling me that I simply "bought the suit that way" is just false and unprofessional on their part. They burned the collar and shoulder area of my jacket and there's no way to repair that, so them saying it's not beyond repair is 100% inaccurate. Therefore I would like my money back, $40 will go to another jacket.
