I purchased a vmax electric scooter thru the ****** website from the Vmax seller towards the end of August. This company advertised and offered a 24 month warranty and refused to work with me on my issue. I felt like I was sold a defective product and since my issues did not arise until after the 30 day period ****** and the seller refused a refund even tho I was sold a faulty product. I was denied any help thru the warranty and treated with the upmost disrespect. I have not even had the scooter longer than 90days and the battery is not holding a charge, back tire fell apart while riding on an uneven sidewalk and the latch to fold the scooter for transport fell off as well. The only thing they offered to repair was the $3 latch. The battery and back tire was refused. I was told to pay $149 plus $75 labor to fix the back tire and the product was only $299 plus tax to begin with. So I felt like that was a rip off. Why offer replacement for almost more than what the product costs as a whole. While reading the reviews they are many customers that have the same complaints as I do about defective products being sold by this company and them refusing to honor their warranty as advertised. I was told by the seller that I was a fraud bc I complained about the integrity of their product. They sent me an email telling me to drop the scooter off to their repair service and they would get me back up and running and then denied saying that after drop off. But I have it in writing. They took no accountability for the bad battery. I would like a refund for the defective product that was sent to me.

I purchased a scooter from **** through their store front on ******. That afternoon they canceled my order and said there was a problem with the shipper. I than reached out directly to **** and they advised me my money was refunded and if I would like to order another, it would cost me $102.00 more. They advised they could not honor the price which I paid. They have plenty in stock and I asked them nicely to please honor the price but they would not. I feel they were trying to bait me to pay more money. I never had a company scam me like that.

Customers order was cancelled by ******, the customer refused to contact the ****** customer service to handle the resolution. The store is unable to match ****** sales provided for Prime day once they have ended. The customer was advised to re-place his order via ****** to take advantage of the same sale but the customer refused to proceed with the resolution via ****** customer service.

I am rejecting this response because: I did contact ****** after VMAX advised me to. When I talked to ****** customer service advised to contact **** directly. When I talked to an individual on the phone at **** (he called me after leaving a message), he advised that I had to repurchase and they would not honor the original price.  I just find it very frustrating that this is the way they treat their customers.  Im sure Im not the only customer that this happened to. If it was a mistake price listed than they should just own up to it instead of not telling me the truth and giving me the run around.  This was a gift for my son which he wanted. Its unfortunate what happened with no accountability from ****.

    Sincerely,

    ***** Turban
