Price was double what ************ had them listed for. This is an unethical practice . They would not refund or adjust the price . This behavior should be illegal .

Cancelled an event and they didnt send the full refund for my tickets

This website is not secure , Everytime I have used a debit card or credit card , I always find out that I get hacked a few weeks later . Please avoid this website !!

Brought 2 tickets for a concert.. Printed the tickets the doorman scan tickets and both tickets scanned invalid .. Told I had fake tickets and to buy at the door ..Call numerous time that night and sent emails. MONTHS later that tell I can't get a refund because the venue never confirmed there was any problems with the ticket at the door .. $200 I can't get back .. This business needs to shut down

Never buying tickets from here. I purchased 3 tickets for a local soccer game on 6/14/22 with my mobile phone. Prior to checking out I selected my seats (all in the same section, row, and right next to each other). I continued to checkout & I was only shown that I had 3 tickets for the event in the cart (didn't show me any other information), I trusted that it was the seats I had selected & checked out. I didn't receive any email confirming my purchase so I took a screenshot of the web page I had on my phone. Come to a day before the event I received an email reminding me of my event and a link for my tickets & I see that all 3 of my tickets were in different sections, different rows, and different seats (NONE TOGETHER). I called **************** and got a **************** representative but immediately after I told her my situation she hung up. I thought that maybe my call had dropped so I call again and it kept ending the call after the automated service. I keep calling and I finally speak with someone and this **************** representative refused to help me in any sort away. He said no to a refund, said no to changing my seats and basically blamed me and told me this was ny error. When I finally asked to speak to a manager I was again hung up on. I've sent emails and no answer. I also reached out on social media and no answer. This isn't how a business should be run. It takes people's money and could careless about its customers.
