    I ordered a bean bag chair from this company on December 3rd and there has been no communication since and now there is no way to contact the company live. I went to message them on Instagram and there is a whole list if comments from people who have no received their orders and cannot get in touch with the company. I assume this is a scam but I have no idea and I thought it was a legit company. Just trying to see how I can get my money back.

    Purchased a dog bed cover on 8-24-2024. Money was taken out of our checking account through ****** on 8-27-2024. Item was to be shipped within 2 weeks. Nothing has been shipped notified company through email since they do not answer the phone, it rings once then hangs up. Returned email from a supposed customer service representative that must not be on sight probably remote home worker stated she would the notify company that I want a refund and she will let me know when it is being processed. That was last week and no response, we sent a other inquiring email no response.

    **************** doesn't seem to exist. My order was placed and charged on 8/31/24 for $211.44 and continues to read as "unfulfilled". There's some excuse about a Fed-Ex problem on the site. I believe I've been scammed.

    I ordered the following (***************************************************************************************************) wedge pillow from Brentwood Home on July 9th, 2024. It has been a day short of a month and I still haven't received the product.

    Placed order for mattress on September 15th. Order has still not shipped. **************** rep told me on October 4th, it would ship out that day or latest by October 5th. It has not shipped out. Their policy is free cancellation until it has shipped out. I have called this company. They only have a recording that says someone will call you back in two business days. I have reached out via social media for a status update on my order and received no reply. I have also not been replied to on their chat. The chat says someone will reply within 20 minutes and that is also a lie. I believe this company is a scam or at the very least, has extremely horrible and non responsive customer service/ lack of being able to actually get in contact with them. I am needing to make sure I will receive a refund for order ****** and that I will not be subject to cancellation fees as their policy is you have to pay 15% cancellation after it ships and my request to cancel was before it shipped.

    I was bait and switched. order# ****** I purchased a bamboo replacement mattress cover. Here-************************************************************************************************************** The description reads bamboo, the picture on their website shows the word bamboo on the mattress.The mattress cover they sent is 100% polyester.Their rep ************ PM | **** from Brentwood Home: Thank you for allowing me a moment to research... It appears that the product is polyester and does not contain bamboo at this time due to a product switch.01:03 PM | **** from Brentwood Home: Our product is as tagged and we do not offer the cover made with bamboo. The team has let me know that this is a product identifier in name only They've know about this for some time as you can see by the review here:**** W 1 star 07/25/2023 Terrible experience. I bought their "bamboo" mattress cover thinking it was made from bamboo fibers and "*********** Wool." When it arrived, the tag stated 100% polyester. Completely false advertising. Trying to get a refund or a return has been a hassle. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.False advertising and at the very least quite misleading.The cover was installed.

    I have been trying to return my mattress under Brentwood's 1 year sleep trial policy. They have refused to accept my return. Furthermore, I have offered to take the mattress to a local charity to donate it as per their policy but they refuse to accept this option as well. Their policy is not being honored and I need a full refund.
