    I ordered Hair about a week ago and there have been no updates. I was told the hair would be shipped within 3-5 days and there have been not one update. When I look up my order the website brings me to a blank space and I need to have that hair in. By certain time. *** tried to get in touch with this company many times and there has been no response. I am truly upset and I want an update. order #****

    I am having the same problem as everyone else on here. normally I dont write reviews but this is seriously just so ridiculous if you cant fulfill and order why even give the option. I ordered hair on Sunday. They said give THREE days to prepare for shipment. Its been 6 days, almost a full week, and STILL no communication from the business on delays, or AMYTHINNGGGG!!! its embarrassing as a black woman that you cant get it together in your business. Totally understand delays or whatever but if you cant communicate, horrible. Ive messaged on every platform, and nothing. If my order has not been shipped when the order says it will THAT should allow for a refund as i havent even touched it yet, matter of fact hasnt even left your facility yet. if i do not hear anything back within the next 48 hours wayyyy past shipment dates, i will unfortunately have to report this to my lawyer as i will consider this fraud. Either issue me a refund or do expedited shipping to get it to me before monday!

    I just wanf to get my oaxkage ive orddred (2) Seperate ordees im one week from their site. I have order number #**** & #****. *** ordered from the oast and nevsr had a problem, but *** already olaces tge ordsr avut 3 weeks ago. I have reaxhed out t o comoany several of time s *** no response. I fhinknit may be stuck in customs because od possible incorect information. I am really needing this package i had my sons first birthday coming up to celebratw our beautiful lofes together to celebrate, but i g I uess it wont be as beautiful as mommy plneed. Please leg mw know abiut my (2) orders. One has shown im transit for over a week which is 3 week ild order and rhe other hasnt moved at all *** has been olaced over a week ago

    As from reading these comments maybe I picked the wrong hair company to purchase hair from. I was suppose to be taking pictures 12/9 with my daughter for the first time but it seems that will not happen. I ordered the hair two weeks before my picture appointment thinking it will be here in time, but from reading these reviews and how they are not replying to me either I see it must be a bigger issue. Hopefully this will get the response I am looking for.

    I ordered one trial bundle to see if I'd like the hair, I received the EVENTUALLY and it wasn't the texture I ordered! Been reaching out on how to get what I ordered no response.. Horrible Customer Service!

    Their customer service skills are terrible. I placed an order 4 days ago in the 18. And have been trying to get in contact with the company to add my apt number to my order to avoid confusion. My order hasn't even been processed and I was trying to resolve the issue before it went out for shipping. I have left multiple emails, messages, and NO response to either. So frustrating

    If I could give them zero stars, I would! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered over 2 weeks ago and they processed my order the same day and took my $389. They waiting until the time I was actually supposed to have received the product to email me asking for a copy of my ID! Sounds like fraud to me! Then, they tried to turn around and say it was fraud on my end because I wouldn't send the picture. I've been a victim of identity theft before and there is no way I'd send them this info when they already have all of my card info on file. When telling them this, that when all the attitude and smart emails were being sent to me, all because I told them to just cancel my order because I didn't feel comfortable sending them my ID. Then, here it is 6 days after I asked them to cancel and I'm just now getting an email saying that they canceled my order and it will take around 1 to 3 business days to get a refund! Oh, they made sure they threw I the email that they're blocking me from their website, like I care! Ha! I would never order anything else from that fraudulent website, EVER! This is what I get for trying to find some new, cheaper hair. I'll stick to my expensive hair with businesses who actually have great customer service.

    Shopify flags orders that are suspected of Fraud. Your order was marked for fraud. Our security measures are to ask for ID showing your name ONLY , Just as a store would. You declined, so your order was canceled and refunded.

    Do not shop here, That is 100% okay. We are are real site. Real customers. Your 1 star review is not valid, you didn't receive product from us.

    We do not have OR store ANY credit card information. Your statement is false.

    It looks like you DM'd our instagram page, where we state do not do that for order concerns, When it was time to process your order, it was cancelled.

    Our customer service is excellent, You're upset because your order was flagged for fraudulent actions, To protect our company from fraudulent customers attempting to steal our product, we ask for ID. IF you do not wish to provide it, You order is cancelled.

    Enjoy your expensive company, We all carry the same stock
