I have tried to reach this ins company without success. I called my United Healthcare MMP program only to find out "Tough" . I went to a ******* store approx. 4 months ago only to find out after they took my prescription they closed for remodeling. They left this set of glasses that weight 6 ounces with lenses an inch thick when I ask for a split line bi-focal and this set was not usable. No one wants to help out nor does *** give a darn.

I called March Vision on Oct. 17th, 2023 to get help resolving an issue with coverage. The automated system is beyond frustrating. The first agent to answer sounded as if she doesn't enjoy her job at all. We verified my identity, and she transferred me to the "correct department". I had to go through the automated system a second time, verifying information that was already done with the first agent. The second agent answers and after explaining the situation again, I was told that this was an issue for March Vision and that I needed to be transferred to them. I thought I was already on the phone with March Vision!! So now I'm getting transferred AGAIN and the wait is ridiculous!! After almost a 20 minute hold, the second agent informs me that she has spoken to March Vision, WHICH I DID NOT ASK HER TO DO. And the answer she gave me had absolutely nothing to do with the problem I was having. Now I am put back on hold to wait for someone else because this agent did what she wanted to do. This is beyond frustrating and highly unprofessional.
