They showed up two days late from original pick up day scheduled, after loading everything in the truck backwards (small items first and large items last) the bill grew due to 50 inches $600.00 when the height was not used as sold. They took 45 days to deliver items to my home, each week I called I was promised each weekend. They were hired as a 3rd party company because their availability to take credit card payment upon delivery, however this was not the case day of delivery, cash only.The team (the guys who picked up items, the guy I called every week to see where my stuff was at and the guys that made the delivery) all amazing HOWEVER the lack of care, proffesioanlism and scamming attitude from the CEO leaves me to put this negative review.Bravo Moving Response

No its the right company I double checked the website link before leaving this note. I spoke to *** when dealing with this issue directly with the company, he even promised a discount for all the inconvenience then day of payment discount was never agreed Scammers!Bravo Moving Response

What a nightmare. I lost so many items and damaged furniture. See how they wrapped (or didn't wrap) my furniture. My financial loss is over $2,000. I had a call with the salesman ****. I told him it's a 2-bedroom but missing some big furniture like couch, tv, desk, etc. He didnt ask further and sent me an email with an estimate of 300 cu.ft. I originally had planned moving by myself, so I knew about the size. I asked him to change it to 450 to be safe. On the pickup day (end of July 2024), ****** told me in a very rude tone that I didn't report all my stuff and now it is going to be 300 cu.ft more ($1,500 more). I didnt agree but told him that I don't need the dresser and a bike to save 100 cu.ft. He said then he won't bring my mattress either because without the bike, he cant support the mattress. What kind of nonsense is this? So if there is a household with no bike, they can't move mattresses? Or, this means he knew I didn't have enough furniture to use as a support.After loading before they left, I looked inside the truck and saw vertical lines inside. Each line means about 100 cu.ft. My stuff stacked up around line 3 from the back. So my stuff was not even 400 in total but they charged me for 750 ($1,500 more)! After the delivery, I realized many things were missing. A 3-step ladder, mattress topper, birch hamper, a floor lamp, etc. Almost all furniture had damage. Many boxes came damaged. Things got bursted inside the box, **************** were cracked.They offered $72.96 for compensation. Just for the lost and damaged items, my replacement cost is above $1,000. But because I didnt identify the missing items during delivery, it is considered all delivered. And because I didnt sign up for more expensive insurance, they will cover $0.60 cents/lb per item. And they would put 0 lb for any heavy stuff like the dining table. What a horror experience.Bravo Moving Response

I used Bravo to move my mother back to *******, and all I can say is Bravo! They did a great job for her and treated her well too. This company is amazing in every way a mover can be. I've moved many times and this was the best service of any cross country mover that I experienced so far. Not only do they take good care of the furniture but they also don't take months to deliver going coast to coast like some other companies out there. I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a mover. Thanks guys!Review from Christopher B

I hired a broker, who hired these guys. They showed up a day late. The broker under quoted my move so the manager from Bravo uped my allotted space from 650 cubic feet to 750. Promising that the movers would pack to 750 then stop. They did not, and I was charged another $300. They refused to disassemble furniture even though the broker was very clear that they would to save space, and this was a service included in my estimate. They did end up disassembling my bed and desk. I was promised they would deliver everything by the next day since they arrived late. They arrived a day late again. Would not reassemble anything, also included in the estimate. They lost a box, a small shelf, and 4 rails from my bed. Their only explanation offered was the truck wasn't opened and that I could check the truck for the missing items. The truck had definitely been opened because several boxes were upside down and a few were split open and taped around the middle to hold them together. At the end of the move the movers insisted on a tip then said they were going to move the truck out of the driveway, put in the payment and get my bill of lading. They just drove away. I called the driver, who said he would email it to me once it gets to him. I have reached out numerous times to Bravo to get an invoice or bill of lading, and file a claim for the missing items. It has been almost a month and I have gotten ZERO response from them.Bravo Moving Response

Dear *********** and BBB, A lot of brokers are using our company name to book the job with customers. We can surely say here that We never worked with you and We are 100% that you have no single document that proofs that we did the job. Be carful when you are dealing with brokers. After we investigated the situation, this person booked the job with Broker, name My Move Price and that broker used our name to get this customer business. However customer never checked with us until he got problem.Review from Kyung J

THE MANAGER BRAIN K. AND THE DRIVERS ARE CON-ARTIST AND RUDE ..AN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WE TOLD ********************* THE SENIOR MOVING CONSULTANT FROM BRAVO MOVING WE HAD A BIG HOME AND LARGE ***** AND THE COMPANY BRINGS A SMALL TRUCK TO OUR HOME AND CHARGE US EXTRA BECAUSE IT WAS OVER THE LIMIT OF THE ***** LISTED.. NO RECEIPTS OF ANY MONEY TRANSACTION IN WHICH I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES NO EMAIL OR REPLY BACK FROM MANAGEMENT. .SOME OF THE ***** LISTED ON MY CONTRACT DIDNT MAKE IT ON THE TRUCK,An ALSO I PAID $100 EXTRA FOR PADDING FOR MY FISH TANK THEY BROKE MY FISH TANK AND NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT. Hi BBB, We kindly ask you to contact us asap because customer did mistake, she was ****** off until she found out that it was in the box. That was very weird case, if you need any proof for that, please contact us so we can send you customers email and she gave us positive review after that. All those issue was mistake !!!
