    This business charged money for a prepaid plan and then never sent the items. *** claims that it's the problem of the postal service and that I need to complain because I pay taxes. He goes on about filing a police report claiming that there is some huge conspiracy with the ** that continually steals my mail. However, looking at the past complaints it seems that the entire country is having these issues but only with his company. The irony. He refuses to refund or send the paid product and sends emails that are condescending and unprofessional. His responses are child-like and comical. He takes no responsibility for the fact that he never sent the products and won't refund the money and continually charges even after cancelation. I feel this business needs to be shut down as he is nothing other than a ***** thief that gets away with it due to the small amounts he continually steals from consumers. I really hope that eventually the authorities will catch on to his criminal behavior and shut him down.

    The police will need to shut you down for the libel, fraudulent chargeback attempt, and generally false review posted to this medium. You'll receive all the shipments you've paid for (that thieves/criminals don't intercept)

    The response that *** made was more than enough evidence that the man is a psycho scam artist and got caught. He will continue doing this to everyone. Multiple companies opened in multiple states and then closed once complaints started piling up. There is more than enough evidence to assume the company is a scam. Beware.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have included a few of the many complaints on fraudulent company. Just because you close a business and change the address doesn't make the company A rated. You are a scam artist. This is proof enough that there is nothing wrong with the mail system as the thief is the one taking the money and not producing the goods paid for. The constant reply of "you will get what you paid for" is obsolete since none of the complaints, nor I have received or will receive any products. My bank has already rejected the payment and will be blocking any future action from this company. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!! I will reject any future correspondence.

    This owner, ***, is the most unethical, rude, unprofessional person I have ever come in contact with. He offers a prepayment to purchase jewelry and then doesn't send what is paid for. He refuses to reimburse or resend items and continues to charge after the membership is canceled, if you are lucky enough to get it canceled. This company needs to be shut down.

    We sent every single shipment for which this customer paid. 

    She IS BEING VICTIMIZED BY CRIMINALS right now.

    Our national "lost" rate for all shipments is about 0.25% of all shipments. So to not receive 4 shipments consecutively, YES, is an indication of a criminal stealing somewhere.

    One shipment, yes, we can ****** on occasion. 4 in a row, told to us 6 months after the fact, is something else entirely.

    I signed up for this earing subscription trial and decided to cancel after a few months. I did it through the website as I was instructed to do so, but I'm still getting charged and still receiving the product, although my subscription is canceled, as my account on the website states. I sent two emails to hopefully have someone actually cancel my subscription, but I have not gotten a response. So, I'm currently being charged for something I canceled and have no way to contact the company for help besides the one and only email provided, which does not generate a response.

    I contacted ear fleek asking them to please delete my account and information. And they are refusing to do so. I want my information and account deleted. It's a simple request. I don't purchase from them, won't ever again.

    As we informed you, we are not obligated to delete customer information. This is a protection provided to us by the ** Constitution.

    To faithfully implement this feature, for non-paying customers, would cost real dollars. So to service your request, we spend real money, in exchange for nothing.

    If you are willing to fund our development costs, which I ballpark for this feature at the affordable price of $5000, we would be happy to do so. Please let me know if you'd like to pursue that option.

    I am rejecting this response because it's just downright rude. Why do you feel it's necessary to be rude? I understand if the answer is no, and you can provide an explanation, I don't have an issue with that. I do have an issue with being rude to potential customers. Why go that route? Who hurt you? I can see from the other reviews that this is your norm, you sadly treat customers like this and have gotten away with it. How sad.
