            First I wanna say that I have filed three complaints with state bar they have not helped me attorney has failed to give any documentation of any paperwork I've ever signed nor any actions toward any of the two cases that I signed retainers for I had a case that settled out in October 2021 where the attorney would get paid and I would get paid every month starting November 7, 2021 it was made clear in mediation the amount of money that I would get and the amount of money that the attorney would get however since November 7, 2021 the attorney has been stealing my money he has been misappropriating my funds he has the funds going into his personal account and into his business account which is unlawful on July 1, 2022 I lost a total of $18,000 because of this attorney's actions I took a copy of the police report and send it to the attorney through his email and demanded he stopped misappropriating my funds and still I haven't gotten any help from State bar association reported in July about His thieving ways,he again ripped me off August 7 2022 please help The State bar assigned a person by the name of ***************** to my case who alleged that she would close my case out August 26 2022 if she did not receive documents needed to help me against this attorney again this would be third attempt through state bar documents they want from me it's impossible to provide when I am filing a complaint against attorney who I'm telling them will not even return any of my calls nor provide any documents that I have EVER signed two years he's been my attorney he has been negligent in contacting me as well as providing forms he has coerced me to sign ,Ive failed to see to this day ANY paperwork from this Attorney.My Complaints is also against State bar association for failing to me a person with a disability who's been taken advantage by one of their attorneys has been and continuously misappropriating my funds.Thank you for your attention in this matter sincerely
