SCAM ALERT: These people are not a real company & in ********** it is illegal to charge for loan modification services without being an attorney. they claim they have attorneys but it's all a lie. If you paid anything to these people call the attorney general and file a compliant. They are scammers promising 2% interest rates!Review from Gregory M

I would like to thank ***************** and especially ********************** It was a little scary at times but trust me, be patient and Gabby will get things handle. She's very good at her job. I had past due payments forgiven and my payments were also lowered. I would recommend Brookstone Solutions to anyone. I am very appreciative to Ms. ****** Thank you so much.Review from Bob Z

DANGER!! SCAMMMERS - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Take the clues that I didnt; no real identity on the web, their company methods, processes, paperwork and payment methods ARE ALL suspicious and not the norm for a REAL company. ********************* and ***************** used scare tactics on me and my spouse as well. Seriously no idea how they have this rating REAL DECEPTION going on with this company, BROOKSTONE SOLUTIONS.Review from Thomas H

total scam. beware. they cannot help stop any foreclosures with your mortgage company. they charge $$$ and very little in terms of communications with your lender. do not sign anything or give them any personal details. if i could give them zero stars i would have. total scam.Review from Michael S

I will start by saying that if not for Brookstone Solutions my family and I would have probably been homeless. The professionalism and attention to the customers concerns were/are spot on. I first spoke with ********************* and he explained how ********************* would be handling my situation but he would be in the loop on everything. *****'s professionalism, compassion and non-judgmental demeanor are qualities all in the industry should possess NEVER once did a call, text or email go unanswered, and the prompt returned calls, texts, or emails always answered my questions and more. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BROOKSTONE SOLUTIONS for anyone out there experiencing hardship with paying their mortgage, As I am sure their are others within the company that are great at their jobs, if I made the referral I would recommend *** ********************** ************** does not disappoint. I'd also like to mention the fact that I now know the ins and outs of my mortgage and that is thanks to Brookstone's ********************* as well.
