    I purchased a membership in Oct 27 / the website advertised "available" events WITHIN my age range (age 50) in November of 2024. AFTER I became a member (it stated I would get a discount for being a member) - it took me to the webpage with the events again, only this time those events for age 50 were suddenly "waitlisted". It wasn't "waitlisted" just seconds prior though - only AFTER I became a member that the event became "waitlisted". So, their website tricks you into becoming a member - falsely advertising events as available. I did NOT RECEIVE the service I wanted. ALSO - they sent me two matches that day - and both were bogus matches because I was not allowed to reply - they came up as "blocked". Later, they removed these matches from my home page. They state the matches "disappear" after you reply. Which is quite strange.... or perhaps just fraudulent!! Would if I pushed sent button without editing my reply and wanted to edit my reply?? You can't, because it just disappears. They are conducting illegal activity to get people to join - and KNOWING that people are very unsatisfied with their services, they say No Refunds. However, I never received the services to begin with! This purchase was made with my ********** card.

    This company runs a fraudulent business that fleeces money from consumers. They claim to run a speed dating event but when I showed up to said event the ratio of men to women was nowhere equal. I had 3 male "friend" dates because they did not have enough women there. So their product is a scam and I was very unhappy with the whole experience. I had already signed up for another event and they have a no refund policy but was unable to make the event due to child care not showing up and had to cancel last minute. Then they have the audacity to charge me a $19 cancel fee to add insult to injury. I would tell anyone I can talk to to NEVER USE CITY SWOON. Their product is abbyssmal and they tack on fraudulent charges on top of their crappy product. I want a full refund for my money spent with them to resolve this. I have already asked them to refund the $19 and they refused. Never using them again.

    On March 17, 2024 I purchased a ticket for a speed dating event in ******* ** for March 21, 2024. I paid $39 for the event ticket and $5 for membership. Due to the weather conditions and streets, I sent an email to the company if I could use my ticket for another event. Unfortunately I was told No however I could gift the ticket to a female friend. The company has events in various cities throughout the ** however they did not concern weather as a reason for customer cancellation. In ******* when it's a large amount of rainfall some streets are closed and streets are flooded. I have attached photos to support my case.

    I signed up for the 3 month subscription " BY ERROR" !!I was looking at 2 websites and entered the wrong one. I IMMEDIATELY notified City Swoon by email several times to cancel. I was informed by them they would cancel the subscription after 3 months, but not refund the $69.99 that I put on my charge card. They stated NO REFUNDS... In order to get ANY information, you have to sign up !! This is a deceiving practice I was sent several rude emails by them and they were adamant not to refund my money.. I have since deleted the emails they sent.I notified my bank and was given a temporary credit until this was resolved.The bank said City Swoon has a no refund policy so the credit was cancelled and I was charged $69.00 for nothing. This is so unfair. ! You can cancel a $50 k car purchase within 3 days !! There has to be exceptions for a refund, or at least a time limit.
