    Dates of purchase are January 25, 2024, for $79.99, and March 16, 2024, for $75.00. Buy 5 sets for the price of 1 x2. Total of $154.99. Fraud/scam. Contacted the business multipletimes regarding original order - no response. No response was provided until I stated I would be contacting my bank reporting them for fraud. Business has not tried to resolve the issue.-Original order said that it had shipped back in February 2024, but no tracking number was provided. No initial confirmation email was provided either.-Originally found the site through Instagram. Also they provide their "deals" of "By 5 sets for the price of 1."-Original estimated shipping times were 5-6 weeks and were changed to 6-12 weeks making my order due to ship between March 23, 2024 and April 18, 2024 (for the first purchase). Unfortunately, I did not take any screenshots showing the previously shipping dates changed from the 5-6 weeks to 6-12 weeks. Emails between the website and Shopify are different. Additional information can be provided through email if needed. All attachments are the same that were provided to my bank when making the dispute.

    Placed an online order (#****) thru their website on 11/24/23. On 12/22/23, received an alert thru their shop app storefront that it had shipped. I emailed on 12/28/23 because I had still not been provided the shipping information. I also same day submitted a contact reply on the websites portal. No reply to either attempt. Emailed again on 1/11/24. No reply. Left a second contact message on the website portal 2/8/24. Got a reply same day, of them telling me I needed to read their shipping policy. I advised them on 2/9/24 that I had read the policy but they were the ones who told me my order shipped & it still has not been received. They took my order number on 2/10/24 and stated they were submitting an inquiry to their shipping department. By 2/12/24, still no response. I sent followup emails on 2/16, 2/21, 2/27, & 3/2. Finally on 3/2, they said I shouldve gotten an email from their shipping **** and to check my spam. There was no email from anyone regarding my missing order. I replied same day, 3/2/24, asking for the date/email address of said shipping **** email sent to me. No reply. *** sent again three more followup emails with no response and no package delivered. Website states could ***********-12 weeks to arrive. But it has now been ******************************************************************************************************************************** a resolution on being refunded. I have even filed a complaint with the shop app that advises theyll contact the stop but they have not helped with the thief of my money for paid for goods that have never been received. I even tried to contact the company thru their ******** page with no response there either.
