    I had a reservation for parking for $37.50 from LAZ parking at the ******************** location on **************** from 6pm-11:30pm on May 9th. When I left the lot the machine defaulted back to the original 3 hr day rate which by then was $25. I paid the additional fee since no attendant was near and I trying to go home. I called LAZ customer service and was given an email address of a *************************** who I found out did not even work there anymore. The Manager ***************************** called me back on 5/14 and promised me the refund of $25. He said he'd find the charge and take care of it and text me the next day. I never received any confirmation nor refund so I can *************** back on 5/30. He apologized and again promised the refund and said he'd follow up with his office because he was under the impression it was taken care of already. *************** said he'd call me back in a couple hours but he never did. I called him again 5/31 and asked what was going on and he said his manager denied the refund. Now at this point the MANAGER twice promised me a refund so I expect LAZ to uphold their company's promise and complete the refund. When I asked *************** why he never called me back to tell me this info he said he was busy with personal things. (???). He told me I should call his boss *********************, who I found to be a Senior Portfolio Manager. *************** is now making it my problem to track down something he was responsible for. I called *************** and left a voicemail 5/31 and still have not received a call back nor will answer any calls.

    I parked inside the parking structure located at *********** @ *****************. My car was vandalized there near a camera. I reached out to the account manager three times requesting video footage, but received no response. Additionally, I contacted the property manager twice with the same request - still no response. It wasn't until my third email to the property manager and fourth to the account manager, in which I expressed my disappointment at the lack of acknowledgment of my emails, that the property manager responded. They stated they would work with LAPD to provide the footage. However, it is one month later and still no footage has been provided to LAPD to identify the perpetrator. Additionally, I have informed both the property and account managers that I am a victim of harassment and targeting, as my car was vandalized a few months prior, and a tracking device was placed on my vehicle. Thus, I am not merely a victim of isolated vandalism; rather, my safety is at risk. The Detective informed me that in previous cases, the management team has shown indifference toward vandalism incidents and has failed to provide the requested footage. This poses a significant concern, especially considering that The Village is a destination where families and children frequently visit. It is evident that The Village and its parking structure is not a safe environment for patrons, despite the requirement to pay for parking. Furthermore, the property manager has made false statements, claiming that officers cancel appointments to acquire the video footage. However, I am in direct communication with my assigned detective, who has informed me that the management team does not respond to emails and disregards their requests. Without the necessary evidence, I am unable to press charges or obtain a restraining order. I urge patrons to consider taking their business elsewhere, to establishments where they can feel safe and where management genuinely cares for their customers.

    *** has taken my money and GHOSTED me refusing to refund me money on a transaction THEY claim that does not exist. I have given them proof of the charges they charged my card and I was never able to receive the parking for that charge as it "didn't exist" in their system. I have purchased on 11/24/23 and emailed customer service. They have told me they would work with their team to investigate. I have since then sent a dispute on my credit card. My credit card company had provided me credit but LAZ had the audacity to reopen the case??? *** has REFUSED to respond to any of my messages even after I answered all of their questions. I will never use this company ever again as they are THIEVES. They have never provided me their service successfully and their website failed to process my order completely yet proceeded to take money off my card.

    On April 1, 2023 - I entered a LAZ parking facility on ************************** in *** Angeles, ** *****. I had dinner at the restaurant associated with the garage and got appropriate validation. Upon leaving, I was charged $20 for parking when the posted sign said up to 3 hours would be $4.50 with validation. I tried contacting them via their website and received no response so a week later I have tried to reach out via social media, again with no response. Im requesting the appropriate refund and that this business be looked into for charging customers a price not in line with posted signage. Ticket #********. Receipt # *********.
