    On January 11th **** my primary care physician Dr *************************** sent in a prescription for me to treat my type 2 diabetic needs and symptoms with the medication ozympic 1 mg injection per week and so I have called the pharmacist my pharmacies on call which is the local pharmaceutical store that fills my prescription I have tried to talk to the owners/manager ************* as well as try to compromise with the pharmacist ***** to resolve this issue therefore they are withholding my prescriptions they will not even give me my prescriptions I do need it I am showing severe symptoms of my diabetic disorder type 2 I have tried to problem solve with them they are not releasing my prescription to anyone or mean I do need help resolving this issue this is a healthcare problem now I have went to the ** twice and still today January 25th **** they refuse to release my prescription to me so that way I can find another healthcare provider as well as my health care provider Dr *********************** will not give me another prescription due to *** regulations that he does not want a prescription to be forged or misused by the pharmaceutical health care provider.

    My name is ****************************. I am the pharmacist and also the owner of the pharmacy. ************************** has been a patient and I have known him well for many years. In addition to being diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic patient he also suffers from several other mental disorders, which i can not place on here due to Hippa. 
    In reference to Ozempic. This medication is back ordered; we have informed him and his doctor. *** in reference to the patient  he acts on impulse and makes a complaint to BBB. His doctor has also sent his rx for ******* to other pharmacies as well which also do not have the medication in stock. This medication is in very limited quantities to the pharmacies and often back ordered. He is not the only patient. He has been informed that his doctor has also changed his medication and sent in a substitute which we have sent to him. 
    When I spoke with him in reference to this matter he apologized and said that the report with BBB has been closed, as i am getting back into the country now after being in ****** i see that i have this letter. Please close out this case with BBB and confirm with me that this has been done
