Went to Solter Plastics spent over 30 minutes placing two (2) orders for a product to be cut and made. I paid a three hundred ($300.00) deposit on the order. When I finally received a call and went in to pick up my product(s) the employee finally brought out one (1) of the items and asked me if it was suppose to have a base. I told him I placed the order and you're asking me about a part of the item. At this point I asked for my money back and was advised because the product was made I couldn't get my money back, I finally after much frustration and arguing left the location. I spoke with one of the owners a couple of days later and agreed to give it another try, I went back to the store this week to pick up items and the second item was not completed I was told the son took the order so I agreed tp go back - when I went back the son advised me that he didn't remember how it was suppose to be and could I bring item in. I told him I when I got home I would send photos after taking the photos I felt that wouldn't work, so I text him (this was on Monday) that I would come to store on Wednesday I went into store on Wednesday and he wasn't in store, employee called him and he started asking employee questions, at this point I exited the store. I'm seeking my money back and if not I will have to take them to small claims court. This has been a horrible process, very unprofessional and a great lack of care for their customers.

    Business response

The customer was given a full refund of $300 cash as a curtesy even though it is against our company policy. It is stated on the invoice due to the custom work we provide. I met the customer on 8/5/24 to accommodate her. Feel free to give her a call and ask.
