  This complaint is against any person that identified themselves as *************************** and, Century Gold Group. On information and belief *************************** or alias has given financial advice regarding silver and gold future prices. That person then sells what the buyer believes to be pure gold and silver bullion. Attempts to visit Century Gold Group website, ********************************** . Currently results in 404 error or detection of dangerous content.I have left numerous messages at the e-mail provided by a person claiming to be ***************************. None of my e-mails have been returned.The address claimed by the company is ************************************************************************. This is deceptive because the address given is apparently a drop-box location and further investigation suggests that **** was the suite number. Century Gold has not been found as a registered ***** though our investigation. The telephone number ************** has at least for the last several days reached a recording that claims to try to connect you to an operator. Then states that all agents are busy and to leave a message. I have left at least 4 messages without a return call. For these and other reasons, we believe that Century Gold Group and *************************** conducted a Fraudulent Scheme or Artifices pursuant to ******* Statute 13-2310 and Federal Statute 18 U.S. Code Chapter 47 - FRAUD AND FALSE STATEMENTS This buyer was harmed including but not limited to deception including belief in the advice received. The failure to disclose the true address of the company, The removal of the website without posting a notice of the status of the company. That the alleged bullion is not as advertised and may not be of the purity as advertised of this writer has resulted in continuing, and increasing anxiety. We pray that the person liable for these and other likely bad acts, contact me without further delay.********************************

  Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We are sorry for any inconvenience or stress that you may have experienced. Weve done everything we can to resolve the website issues as quickly as possible.  Its important for us to respond to customers quickly and efficiently, it does appear we failed to do so in this instance.
  
  This failure to respond to your contact attempts was due to our office being temporarily closed between December 2022-February 2023.  We do acknowledge that we should  have posted information on our website notifying customers of this temporary closure.
