    Ordered boots on 12/04/23 with aOrdered boots on 12/04/23 with a delivery window between **** days and the only thing theyve done is charge my card and setup a fake tracking number thru third party fast track express which allows for **** to start showing movement as if the order has been shipped when in reality it bounced the tracking back and forth at the same facility. There is no package and none of the links on the site to reach Konhill work. Literally, no way to directly contact them is listed. This is definitely a scam and Im ****** that I wasted time ordering from them and now have to wait for my bank to refund.

    I placed an order for shoes on October 30,2023. The shoes have been in Jamaica, ** for about 2-3 weeks. Every time I reach out, I get a response with an apology saying its been giving to ***** but when I check tracking its still in the same location. I was promised **** day delivery, its almost a month and I keep getting the run around.

    I purchased a pair of apple AirPods Pro on 10/13. I paid ***** which included $15.00 for expedited delivery. My order number is KB9154 and I have emailed the company many times. The package has never moved, and yet to be delivered even though it was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. I asked for a refund and only the expedited shipping fee was refunded not the full amount. I need my full refund issued. They stole my money and refuse to send me the actual product. They are also selling stolen AirPods

    I've grown increasingly uneasy about the website's security where I made my purchase. Not only did the site lack a cancellation option, prompting me to send an email for a refund, but the amount debited from my bank also differs from what I initially agreed upon. Further raising my suspicions of fraudulent behavior, I filed a dispute with PayPal, yet the business demands I withdraw the PayPal dispute first, only then will they cancel my order. I placed the order on 10/5/23 and, upon identifying the billing discrepancy, promptly requested a refund on 10/6/23. Order #KB7681.

    The 3 bags I purchased are not authentic at all. I sent an email asking the merchant if they were selling fake knockoffs...the response was dorry they look the same.

    I ordered shoes back in June from this company I've never received the order I've emailed them four times and everything is going ignored and I would like my money back or a response. If it's a late delay let me know that they are just full on ignoring my calls and emails

    Hi, on 05/06/22 I ordered two pair of sneakers from *******. I paid $ 63.99 for the two pair. I have not heard a word from the company since in regards of when my shoes will be mailed out to me but they collected the amount due for the shoes. I was expecting an email from the company that they received my order and when they will send it out to me. Many emails to this company resulted in NO ANSWER at all even through they advertised to get in contact with them on their email address for immediate help. I feel scammed. It looks like they got my $ but were never intended to send the shoes to me and that the email address is fake. The order number for my order is:******* As much as I was looking forward for these shoes I will now be happy with a refund ( or asap delivery of my order). Thank you
