    My package was sent back and listed as delivered back to the Crme Shop on 12/20/24 according to **** tracking. It is worth over $260, which I paid for. I have contacted them numerous times about resending the package back to me or refund my money. They never once responded to my inquiries.

    This company has no phone number to call, the email bounces back when you contact them via social media in which they tell us to do that. Heres an excerpt of my email to them. I believe they are frauding the consumer. total with taxes was $58.30 And now I have to file a claim with the ****. I want my money back. **** is making it difficult. This is unacceptable and they ruined ***************: (that never gets returned) You have no phone number to call You do not respond to emails and I have record of everything. Your message on ******** message says to contact you in a email that bounces back undeliverable. I am not happy with your customer services or your business and you waiting way to long to send my order and you said it was free shipping for orders over $50 and I believe you are fraud ig the consumer by not having a deliverable email or phone number and telling them about free shipping if they pay a certain amount. You ruined Christmas Item was ordered December 1 they said priority mail 5 to 7 business days. I contacted them within those times via email and it got bounced back, I contacted them at their contact us inquiry box on their website, I contacted them on ******** messenger, there is nothing back in response to them. I finally got an email on December 9 that it was shipped. It is now December 17 and **** says it is lost in transit. no one will help me. This company needs to be reprimanded. They are frauding me by saying spend $50 for free shipping. There is something in their system that benefits them I believe when they say that and now even more suspicious when they dont return emails that are bounced back to boot, theres no phone number and they dont Respond via the other contact us methods. They sent me a separate email after they sent me the shipping in which this was the only communication at all and said I would receive a refund. I have not received the refund yet either.

    Date of transaction was October 16, 2024, I paid $30.25 USD for 4 items.I initially contacted support because the website somehow had me order 4 items instead of 1, I requested to cancel my order. Their response was sent October 17, 2024, after my order shipped. I had replied to that support email with questions regarding my return, if they needed any more information from me regarding it, and if they would like the photos I had taken of the package. I have not received any response, prompting me to submit more customer service requests through their website, none of which have provided me any communication from this company.On their website under their "Returns" page, it states that "items must be received back to our ****************** within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip)" and that "Exchanges must be received within 90 days". I did not receive a packing slip with my order, making it impossible for me, as a customer, to know when their original order shipment date was.I had shipped my items out for a return (November 4, 2024), following their return process on their website, as soon as receiving my items. I included a slip of paper with all my order information and customer information on it so that they were aware what the package was when receiving it, considering the lack of a packing slip. I've also sent in customer support submissions through their website a handful of times regarding this issue because I have not received any communication or refund regarding my order. I am unable to access my support submissions as you only see them if you receive a response,My items were unused, unopened, and brand new in their original packaging when returned them. I am now out of the initial $30.25 spent and without the product I had paid for, all I want is a return of that $30.25. Thank you.
