    Bought new all-in-one sollar inverter 3000W 24V on manufacturer website. Product arrived with multiple scratches on screen. Tried to return product but seller will not accept return. Seller offered $100 discount and refuses to accept return. Asking me to test unit. I bought new unit and do not want used, damaged unit.

    The company refuses to respond to emails for service or repairs on the ecoworthy inverter that I am having issues with or even direct me in the correct direction. After they responded to my very first email there has been multiple attempt to contact the company by email and they *********** not respond. My panel screen is dead I want to buy a replacement. The inverter also can not correctly charge interstate gc2s batteries or any battery that's in 48v config due to the 60v cutout and the batteries needing 61.2+v for the absorb stage to complete. They fail to provide a resolution or a price for a screen replacement Or if one is even available.

    Date of Transaction: 04/24/23, I paid $1095.73 for a solar power system from Eco Worthy that was supposed to be strong enough to power an *** While the business advertized the unit to power an *** that was NOT the case. They later said that it could be used in an *** and not necessarily power the *** When amazon contacted the business, they tried to offer a $40 refund for something I could not use. I told them I want to return the unit and get a refund. They then said that if I purchased additional parts, I could get enough power for the *** and they would provide a discount as well as a free exchange of the converter. None of this happened. When I asked where I should purchase the addional parts, they said nevermind, return the unit at your expense for a refund. This is unaccptable! I then contacted Amazon multiple times, I spoke with a manager who instructed me to return the unit, and they would compensate the shippping cost. I called back for other info and Amazon told me they never said that and that I would have to cover the shipping costs. This is unaccepptable and demand a prepaid label for the return! Neither Amazon nor Eco-worthy have been helpful in this matter and have NOT offered to help resolve, thank you

    Product was ordered at the end of *ebruary and delivered March 3rd, the description shows that the package comes with an MTTP controller and arrived with a PWM controller. I called 20 times and finally reached someone named ****** and was told that they changed the advertisement mid transaction and if they had one in the warehouse that one would be sent to me and nothing ever arrived. This company is a total scam and now the same system is on sale for 200 less than I paid for it. I have called 3 times a week and still no one answers or returns calls. They never return messages or emails and is completely illegitimate. *urthermore I haven't been able to get in contact with Amazon about my complaints and they dragged it on so long that I can't return the merchandise. Total waste of time and money, this company deserved the * rating that it has!

    Supplied wrong solar control unit , sent a 60 Amp , what was advertised was a 30 Amp , the 60 amp is to big for what I require and dosent come with any USB ports . I have had a reply that could of been written by a 6 year old and told they could refund me 10 ... Awful customer service, disgusting attitude .

    I purchased a solar kit from this company on 1/4/23,,,the controller and the inverter were not working have tried several times to contact there customer service and have only got one response ,,,the tech said that he would send me a new inverter but did not. i have tried several times to get back with this company to resolve this problem and they will not respond to any kind of contact.

    After further troubleshooting of the kit our customer purchased, we have replaced the power inverter under warranty. The *** tracking number is 1Z94R8E2YW21624453, and the customer was notified on February 8, 2023. This delay was caused in part due to the ******* New Year; our Chinese staff had been out of the office since January 23.

    Ordered a 24v 3000w all in one 80a solar inverter. Order *****. Unit dead on arrival. Replacement unit arrived with problems. Emailed support and they argued and lied. A few months later the unit dies. I try to make warranty claim. Multiple emails to multiple email addresses and multiple calls to multiple numbers ignored. Left multiple messages on their contact me form. The couple times they answered the phone I was lied to and given the run around. They use the time difference between the ** and ***** as an excuse. They use ******* new year as an excuse. I know the company has seen my claim because they have deleted multiple bad reviews. I suspect they know the issue as the unit is not for sale and a new unit is available. I want a refund, the new 24v 3000w mppt unit as a replacement. I was told the phone I would get a replacement.

    I purchased a solar kit from Eco-Worthy about 5 months ago. Total cost was over $3000. It suddenly stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I have tried MANY times to reach them via phone and email and I get no replies or answers. There is supposed to be a 1 year warranty on my order but if I can't reach anyone, it's worthless. The company is guilty of criminal fraud in my opinion. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

    Ordered solar panel. Panel arrived defective, missing cover that protects and water proofs the electronics and terminals. Panel is rated **** but without cover goes to ***** Electric terminals are exposed creating a shock Hazzard. Company will not provide return instructions and is offering to send *** for the defective / unusable solar panel which cost ******* All I want to do is return the panel.
