    Solar panels were sold through a sales group greenspire, they did not need to replace my roof as it was new so they said they could cut a check that they would get to reimburse the new roof since they didn't have to put it on. Promised at end of the job we would see the check after 2 weeks. That was about February March of last year. Told by sales men that they cut the check wrong and had to redo it. And since just he keeps asking about it with no resolution or way to get it taken care of. The greenspire branch out of nj doesn't have contact info. Didn't get actual amount so I'll put around what we owed on the loan.

    Greenspire's representative told me that if I referred someone to their company, I would receive a ******* referral fee. I have reached out multiple times to my sale rep and he says he contacts Greenspire about the check and they say they are, "processing it." It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks. It's been 2-3 months.

    So far far payed $500 to another company for a repair. Item still under warranty and that item being sent to us. Was told to use initial installer which was Greenspire but they won't get back to me so had to hire another company which is charging me $500. I also had to pay over $1197 to electric company since our solar part was not working. In total so far, spent $1697 which I shouldn't have had to spend.

    Since Nov. 2022, ********************************* ************* would visit my home and call me to convince me to sign up for solar. I signed up in Jan '23 and out of 4 involved companies, no one has told me why I am still not connected as of 7/10/23. On 3/28/23 Greenspire DBA *********** installed the panels on my roof. Greenspire rep. ******** "forgot" to install the grounding. Attached is paperwork of the grounding that should have been done on the roof on 3/28/23 and it was not. 2 months later, 5/10/23, ******** came a second time to install the grounding at the hot water heater. I said I would give him access to the heater, but he declined and said he would do the grounding outside. He clearly did not know what he was doing. ******** was getting instructions on what to do over the phone. ******** placed about ten yards of dangerous exposed copper and clusters of screws on the ground. To then take it down and rearrange it again, causing extra drilling of damage/ holes on my concrete sidewalk. I told him "that does not look right nor safe." NO one since 5/10/23 has been able to return calls nor fix the dangerous craftmanship dangling 10 yards of copper. I have left messages individually and as a group with ****************** *****.carry@greenspire, ************************* ***************************************** *********************** **************************************** and ********************* *********************** I attached paperwork from ENPHASE that shows my solar panels producing energy/electricity, and what I am supposedly "consuming" when I am not. Yet, I am still paying SDGE my regular monthly bills of $450, when I should be paying 125. WHO is benefiting from my solar panels? Also, I was quoted I was to pay only .35 cents and on the contract they added .37. Greenspire should have bonded insurance for negligence, deficiency, and dangerous quality of work performed. Lack of communication and help from 4 companies is extremely suspicious in itself.

    Greenspire installed my solar panels back in November 2022. Since then I have called and emailed them several times about getting my solar monitoring app up and running, so I can check my energy consumption. But they never answer the phone, or call you back when you leave a message. And when I email them, they take up to 3 weeks to response with no answers. It is now almost July and I still can not check my solar monitoring.

    i spoke with a sales rep. named ******** about purchasing a solar system for my home in February 2022. The solar panels were installed as with upgrading my main power box with installation to be put in the attack later. i have yet to have this job completed. As of current, i can't get a return phone call with any information as to what may be goin on with completing this job. I wouldn't be able to sale my home because i have no contact. I recently called Greenspire office number and spoke with ******* and she promised to have some one speak to me regarding this matter. It's getting close to 1 year with no results. Would prefer that this company come and remove all the work they started on my home so i can move on with a more responsible company. I been contacted by SCE that two inspections have failed. Will some one please help me make the necessary steps to get these people out of my life!

    The panels are in front of trees on both sides of my house. looking at solar systems on other homes i have yet to see the panels in front of trees on the roofs.

    Greenspire installed Panels in 2017, a month later the panels were still offline. I called the financial company to ask why the panels are not on, I was walked through on how to turn them on. First two 12 cycle bills from******* were **** and **** but now 2020 and 2021 I had to pay over **** for one and over **** for the other. Something is wrong. I have called Greenspire and now it rings and goes to voicemail. Today 4/7/22 the voicemail is full. I called financial company back they said they will send a message for me to escalate the situation and I also sent a contact us on Greenspire's website. Trying to log in as well on Greenspire, you can't because it says "Coming Soon". DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREENSPIRE OR SUNLIGHT FINANCIAL. **For Greenspire to resolve this I want them to come out and check my panels and reimburse me ******** for the two last years of my biggest******* Bills.**
