            The original service call was 6/30/23 to number *************. I spoke to a gentleman about a couch I purchased used, it smelled really bad and was very dirty. I described the size, it being 6 seats with a chaise. I wanted a deep shampoo cleaning. He quoted me $95 and would be able to come out the same day. It sounded great and I accepted! I even have a voicemail of this, however they called me back on a different number *************. The technician showed up on time and explained the service and correct costs. No matter what, no service was $95. The least I wouldve paid was $135, according to the technician. Next, the service I wanted was $320. Okay, thats reasonable, the tech promised it would be restored to new and smell good. They took about 50 minutes and said 2-4 hours to dry. i had to pay either cash or zelle, no credit card or other payment accepted, no receipt, no evidence. I went to work and they left. When I came home the couch was obviously still dirty and smelled bad still. I called back to explain my dissatisfaction in service and felt they couldve been more thorough. They promised someone would reach out to schedule a re-cleaning in the next 24 hours. I never heard from anyone. I called 4 more times and was told the same things. A couple times they hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager and I just called back and got connected to someone different every time. I believe they are scamming people are reading their reviews. Its either a 5 star review, which seems fake, and the same format. Or a negative 1-star review and those are in detail and seem to be realistic and people are all voicing the same concerns. They need to be removed from ****** for their poor business practices and I would like a refund but I cant because nobody will talk to me and I cant charge back a zelle payment.
