The products are amazing. The company? Not so much. My first order was a one-time purchase on Black Friday 2024. It took a week after they processed my payment to process my order, which was annoying; so I emailed and asked if this was normal. The person who responded didn't directly answer my question. Given how much I loved the products, I wanted to subscribe and get a couple more. I found a 30% coupon and gladly subscribed. The month passed and I was excited to see my next shipment was processing. I opened the email, and I was charged $30 more than the rate I subscribed at - a whole bottle's worth. So I emailed again and asked why that was and expressed my disappointment and frustration. While waiting for a response, I received a promotional email from them saying "Last Hours: 25% Off Site-Wide!" (for *********** Day weekend.)So I sent a follow up email asking why I was charged seemingly full price when I subscribed at 30% off and just received a promotional email for 25% off. I went back and looked at the confirmation email from when I subscribed to see if I missed something. There's nothing in it that says it's a one-time deal. The response I received was not satisfactory. "Thank you for reaching out! We would be very sad to see you go.I would like to confirm that our subscriptions include a fixed discount per product. However, we currently do not have any applicable recurring discounts. Before you make your decision, we want to remind you of the great benefits youre currently enjoying:$5 off the regular price for each subscription item Free shipping Free cancellation at any time Flexibility to schedule your subscription orders as needed. If you still wish to proceed with the cancellation process, please let us know, and we will happily assist you."They aren't going to honor either one. And I'm out $30 that I didn't budget for. I'm canceling my subscription. This is unethical at best and illegal at worst.

I made a purchase through O Positiv. The product I bought gave me a little reaction which was a headache after taking it. I contacted customer support and they got back to me immediately. In addition they refunded me my money back immediately. Very good customer experience.

Be careful ordering from this company, the monthly subscription turns into biweekly withdrawals from your account. Also, only interaction is via email and problematic.
