            Ordered a security camera which was never delivered. Agreed to take less than full price as a refund and the vendor agreed. After 6 months and numerous emails blaming the "finance department", I still haven't received a refund. This operation is a fraud and is stealing money from people buying products that are never delivered. They are always coming from China and confirmed waiting at the local post office but are not in fact there. They do not ship through usual methods - part of the tip off that it's all fake.

            SIEAONS.COM KIUHGI.COM Charged for hose reel product that was never received and has not refunded cost after several months and promise to refund. Order Details Order ID: ***** Date Added: 2022-08-26 01:34:51 Shipping Method: Free Shipping E-mail: ***************@gmail.com Order Status: Paid AMES NeverLeak Steel 150-ft Hideaway Hose Reel Cabinet Garden Steel Auto-Track 1 58.75 58.75 Sub-Total: $58.75 Free Shipping: $0.00 Total: $58.75 Order made through SIEAON.COM and charge KIUHGI KIUHGI.COM OH Order was placed and item was supposedly shipped but never delivered. Tracking numbers provided never confirmed delivery. Company finally agreed to refund amount paid. But has not processed the refund. It has now been several months and still promises but no refund. Complaint process started on 23 Sept 2022; many verifications emails are available for review. These companies seem to be more of a scam than legitimate. Appear to be Chinese company with U.S. addresses.
